As such, guests can enjoy a range of spectacular meals whilst gazing out the beautiful views below. It should be mentioned that this property is situated in an apartment complex that is just a stone’s throw away from Alcudia beach.
 
Inside, this property is filled with natural light sources and sleek furnishings. The combined living/dining area is in an open-plan space, giving guests enough room to move around as they please. The living area makes use of a large grey sofa as well as a bohemian yellow armchair. Thus, guests can sit back and relax whilst gazing out at the amazing scenery or just catching up on their favourite shows on the flatscreen TV. The dining area includes a broad glass-topped table and a set of white leather chairs. There is also a collection of LED lights on the ceiling, again creating a bright and airy space for guests to revel in. The kitchen is extremely modern and contemporary, making use of a large kitchen island that can also be used as a breakfast bar. The plain white cupboards help to effortlessly balance out the granite countertops, creating a stylish and cohesive setting. This property also contains two spacious bathrooms with opulent walk-in showers.
 
Casa Tritons host three beautiful bedrooms, making it suitable for up to 6 guests. The first bedroom contains a large double bed that is fitted with an attractive set of floral bedsheets. This helps to create a comforting and tranquil space for every guest who chooses to sleep here. The second bedroom also includes a double bed. This room adheres to a more neutral theme, using a wide selection of monochrome furnishings and decor. Finally, the third bedroom contains a pair of single beds that have been pushed together in order to create one complete double bed. Therefore, this space can be customised to suit another couple or two small children.

Casa Tritons can be found in the idyllic town of Alcudia. Allowing guests to explore a range of exciting tourist attractions without straying too far away from the villa. The Club de Golf Alcanada is located just over 10-minutes away from the centre of Alcudia and allows guests to experience an immersive game of golf on one of Mallorca’s most acclaimed courses. This far-reaching 18-hole course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, an acclaimed architect who aimed to create a thrilling course that would be suitable for a wide selection of players. The course itself contains a wide assortment of bunkers and holes, making it an energetic challenge for both beginners and experts. Prices for this type of activity are fairly standard, with an 18-hole game.
 
Alcudia is also known for its high-end and developing food scene, with some of the finest restaurants the region has to offer just a short distance away. Establishments such as Restaurante Ronda 63 give guests the chance to delve deep into an array of local dishes, helping to expand their culinary horizons. This restaurant provides authentic Spanish dishes such as tapas with an unusual Asian twist. They also offer a selection of delectable desserts to help satisfy any type of sweet tooth. This is a perfect place to visit if you are looking to celebrate a social occasion and make life-long memories whilst on holiday. Restaurante Ronda 63 is just over 5-minutes away from the centre of Alcudia.
 
The Sa Bassa Blanca Museum is an integral piece of Alcudia’s rich art history, compiling some of the region’s most fantastic pieces into one unique space. The museum was founded by Ben Jakober and Yannick Vu, allowing artists from across Mallorca to show off their exquisite talents. This museum hosts a collection of children’s portraits, photography exhibitions, and amazing sculptures, giving guests a collective view of Alcudia’s artistic side. The Sa Bassa Blanca can be found just over 15-minutes away from the town centre of Alcudia. The museum is open from 9:30 am till 5:30 pm on selected days, depending on the season.

THE REGION

The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.

The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

Just over 15-minutes away from the centre of Alcudia is the S’Albufera Natural Park, a landmark that hosts a variety of wildlife for guests to explore. This park is most known for its wide selection of rare birds as it is often seen as a stopping point for birds migrating from Africa to Europe. There is also a collection of hiking trails available, all of which can be travelled by foot or by bike. S’Albufera Natural Park also includes a unique visitor centre that can help guests learn more about the wildlife that is found here as well as the best trail to take during your time here.
 
If you are looking for a more thrilling attraction that the whole family will enjoy, Hidropark is a perfect choice. This immersive water park contains an assortment of water attractions such as Kamikaze and Octopus. There is also a Kids Zone on-site, a section of the park that is dedicated solely to younger guests. Hidropark also contains a collection of restaurants serving a host of different cuisines, ensuring that every guest can indulge in something they enjoy. It should be noted that tickets are considerably cheaper when purchased online through the official Hidropark website. Online, an adult ticket costs just €27.95, and a child’s ticket costs €19.95.
 
The Roman Remains of Pollentia is a key part of Alcudia’s ancient history and allow guests to discover how civilians lived during the Roman Empire. This expansive excavation site was first uncovered in 1923 and is said to date back to 123 BC. Experts have been working tirelessly to unlock new knowledge about this region and have already uncovered a Roman forum, theatre, and residential town. Guests are encouraged to explore each of these areas in full detail and learn more about this intrinsic part of history. Plus, there is also a small museum located close by that also hosts a collection of artefacts such as clothes and coins. The Roman Remains of Pollentia can be found just 3-minutes away from the centre of Alcudia.

Security deposit €600 charged to client’s credit card by the owner upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 5 nights during low season. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.

Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid upon arrival, in cash, direct to the supplier.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs - As per the owners request, please make sure to remove rubbish on your departure day or you may risk being charged €50 from your security deposit.
- A cot and a high chair can be provided, free of charge, on request. Additional cots are available on request at an extra cost of €25 per unit and additional high chairs are available on request at an extra cost of €15 per unit.
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- Groups of young people are not permitted, except families.
