A traditional and expansive villa located in Alcudia, Can Polit allows guests to fully experience the joys of Mallorcan living. The exterior includes a very large swimming pool that is surrounded by rustic tiles, creating a stylish and attractive space for guests to enjoy. The outdoor area also includes an incredibly far-reaching garden area, fitted with multiple seating arrangements. Thus, guests can use this area to relax and unwind whilst they gaze out at the truly inspiring views. There is also an additional outdoor terrace area that is accompanied by a large dining area. As a result, guests can enjoy a selection of beautifully prepared meals in the soothing environment of the outdoors. There is also a table tennis unit available to help guests build up some friendly competition whilst on holiday.
 
The interior of this property also adheres to a very traditional style. The main living area contains a set of exposed ceiling beams as well as a brick accent wall, helping to create a more rustic and comforting environment. This space also includes a pair of large sofas that face a luxury flatscreen TV. In turn, guests can relax and catch up with their favourite shows in this amazing space. Opposite the living area is the dining area, which again follows a similar style. The large wooden dining table is accompanied by a collection of matching chairs, further building a cohesive sense of design. The kitchen within this property is utterly marvellous, using wooden cupboards and sleek granite countertops.
 
On the same level, you will see this property’s two main bedrooms. The first bedroom is regarded as the master bedroom, seen by the expansive double bed in the centre of the room. The second bedroom contains a pair of single beds, making it an ideal space for two small children. The beds in this room use a striking dark blue bed frame that helps to add a unique splash of colour to the entire property. This bedroom also allows access to an opulent en-suite bathroom with a shower. It should also be mentioned that there is an extra single bed available that can be used for an additional guest.

Can Polit is located in the riveting region of Alcudia, offering guests access to a wide range of entertaining tourist attractions and destinations. S’Albufera Natural Park is less than 10-minutes away from the centre of Alcudia, making it a very accessible attraction for guests staying in Can Polit. This is an ideal landmark for avid birdwatchers as this park is a key stopping point for birds migrating from Africa to Europe. There is also a variety of hiking trails available, giving guests the opportunity to explore these incredible grounds at their own pace. Guests can also enter the visitor centre to learn more about the assortment of rare species of birds that call this park their home. It is important to note that although the park is free to enter, guests must acquire a permit from reception before parking their car on-site.
 
If you are looking to learn more about the native customs of Alcudia, the local market is a perfect place to start. Alcudia Market occurs in the main square of the town centre and is viewed as a key aspect of the region’s culture and history. This market offers a unique range of clothes, bags, and crafts, all from a range of unique vendors. There is also a specific section of the market that is dedicated to fresh produce, providing guests with a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables to try. Alcudia Market runs every Sunday and Tuesday from 8 am till 1:30 pm.
 
Alcudia is also recognised for its acclaimed food scene, hosting a diverse collection of high-end restaurants and bars. Jardin is an opulent restaurant that is owned by Michelin-starred chef Macarena De Castro. Most famously, she was the first female chef in Mallorca to gain a Michelin star. This establishment provides a collection of authentic Mallorcan and Mediterranean dishes such as stewed meat croquettes and sweet mustard sirloin. This is an ideal place to visit if you are looking to expand your culinary horizons or celebrate a special occasion. THE REGION

The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.

The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

This premium excavation site has been active since 1923, offering an expansive assortment of artefacts for guests to discover. The site itself dates back to 123 BC and presents an authentic Roman theatre, forum, and residential town. Guests can explore each location and discover how this archaic civilisation operated on a daily basis. There is also a museum located close by that also hosts a large collection of Roman artefacts and fixtures. The Roman Remains of Pollentia is just 3-minutes away from the centre of Alcudia.
 
Hidropark is an extremely popular and thrilling waterpark located less than 10-minutes away from Alcudia. Here, children will be able to embark on a variety of water rides, such as Octopus and Kamikaze. There is also a Kids Zone area, specially designed for small children and toddlers. If water rides are not your thing, you can play a round of mini-golf for an additional cost. Hidropark also includes a collection of restaurants, ensuring that there is something for the whole family to enjoy. It should be noted that tickets for this attraction are much cheaper online, with an adult ticket costing just €27.95. This park is open from 10 am till 6 pm in the summer, and 10 am till 5 pm in the winter.
 
Alcudia beach is less than 10-minutes away from the town centre, allowing guests to visit this remarkable location multiple times during their holiday. This beach is considered to be a Blue Flag beach, meaning that marine life such as jellyfish, sharks, or stingrays has been spotted here. The soft sand and calm water help to make this beach an incredibly soothing and idyllic location that is bound to melt away all of your worries. Alcudia beach also offers a wide range of facilities like public toilets, gym equipment, and changing rooms, creating a paradise-like attraction that you will never want to leave. There is also a wide assortment of restaurants and shops close by to help guests explore this fantastic region in more detail.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
