It has been built to a high standard, modern, tastefully & decorated this three-bedroom villa is situated in the upmarket Alcanada suburb of Port Alcudia. With such boundless cross-generational appeal and not needing to rely on a car, this villa is hard to fault.

Accommodating six guests, it is ideal for a family or group of friends that wish to stroll down to the popular Port conveniently. Bright and welcoming this substantial, semi-detached house not only provides visitors with a wonderfully comfortable holiday base but great convenience to all the local amenities and Alcanada small beach. The villa is very well designed and has a neutral decoration with little splashes of vibrant colours. The pool area is cosy with sun loungers, outdoor dining, a sofa and comfortable chairs and a great brick-built barbecue.

The views of Alcudia Bay are lovely and the sunsets spectacular and steps lead up to the roof terrace where you will experience 360-degree views of the area. Inside, the villa has the wow factor with an impeccably furnished open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. 

The sofas are so squishy, and the whole look is so streamlined and cool! You can see right out to the sea through the massive glass doors! 

The fully fitted kitchen is dazzling and so sleek with trendy stools at the small breakfast bar. The bathrooms are stunning, with super showers and exquisite tiles. The master bedroom has a double bed and its ensuite, with access to the pool area and gardens. Bedroom two also has access and has twin beds. Bedroom three has twin beds and garden views.

A huge bathroom serves the two twin-bedded rooms with a walk-in shower as well as a separate bath. The villa’s games room will entertain guests. It has a pool table, darts and comfy seating, ideal for a quiet read. Tear up your timetable and allow the Port Alcudia marina to offer you a calm and gentle pace of life.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €600 charged to client’s credit card by the property manager on arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. Please ensure you provide a debit or credit card on arrival.
Arrival time 4 pm
Departure time 10 am
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi connection included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Not permitted.
Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid on arrival in chash direct to the supplier.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs Bookings made before 21/08 have to pay the extra €80 for cleaning fees and energy in resort.
