You will be able to spot the chic Moroccan design as soon as you come close to Villa Bicaro. Outside, deep coral decorates part of the exterior and arched roofs provide shelter for the sunny veranda. Inside, rich colours are clashed perfectly to create a chic and stylish interior.

The living area is creatively designed and fuses bold colours and prints with modern artworks. This makes for an ideal social space where you can unwind with friends or seek relaxation on those rare cooler days. Guests will be sure to make use of the Plasma television with international channels and the comfy l-shaped sofa.

The elegant indoor dining area is also a celebration of modern art. From the striking wall art to the colourful furnishings and the black and white tiled flooring, this room is full of quirky artistic flair.

Outside, you will have the privilege of enjoying numerous spaces to lounge in. Poolside sun loungers come complete with large umbrellas to shade you from the hot sun and a cosy lounge sits on the veranda overlooking the striking scenery. Guests will also have various spots to choose from when it comes to dining al fresco.

One of them will be a tasteful dining area for six that lies adjacent to the pool and benefits from having a shelter. Beside this dining area, you will discover an indoor bar, ideal for sampling some of the island’s most popular beverages.

The home’s garden is flourishing with life. Palm trees and flowering bushes are dotted across the lush lawns and terraces and trees gracefully grow up the villa’s exterior.

Cala Moli is picturesque pebbly beach situated in between luscious green hills only a five-minute walk from Villa Bicaro.

Cala Moli possesses facilities including a pool and toilets as well as parasols and sunbeds being available to rent. Due to being kept in its original state, Cala Moli has been declared a 'natural' beach by the San José Town Hall. Come here if you don’t wish to be bombarded by the flocks of tourists who frequent the more popular beaches on the island.

This beach is a heavenly oasis for enjoying quiet time whilst being surrounded by gorgeous scenery. The sparkling turquoise waters invite you in to explore the various marine life. It rarely gets overcrowded here, so be prepared to relax the days away in complete peace.

Sant Josep church lies in the village of San Josep only 5km away. It is one of the oldest churches in Ibiza and is often open to the public. The attractive whitewashed church was completed in 1730, with the altarpiece dedicated to Saint Joseph being finalised in 1735.

The church was created to meet the needs of the peasant population at the start of the 18th century. Today, the church is frequented by plenty of people as its simply spectacular to admire and a wonderful example of Ibizan architecture, culture and history.

THE REGION

San Juan (Sant Joan in Catalan) really is the last village in Ibiza. Arrive there and the only place left to go is the beach at Cala San Vicente, some kilometres down a steep, twisting road through pine-clad hills.

This traditionally rural area is home to a large number of agrotourism accommodations in all of Ibiza. Visitors come here to step back in time to the days when the island was a quiet Spanish backwater.

The day of 24 June is the day of the village's patron San Juan, Saint John the Baptist. The evening before, on 23 June, the night of San Juan is happening, a raucous fiesta featuring firecrackers and bonfires to drive away evil spirits and welcome the summer is celebrated in the village.
