This spacious villa is located in a quiet spot, close to the bay of San Antonio.
Finished to a very high standard, the interior of the villa is bright and airy throughout due to the fantastic colours that have been used. The stylish and modern interior leads onto an equally elegant exterior with plenty of space for al fresco dining and outdoor living.
The wooden decked exterior surrounds a luxurious private pool and is the ideal place to relax in the warm Ibizan sunshine or to dine at the facilities provided. This area is particularly spectacular at night, when the pool is lit up, creating very atmospheric surrounds.

The villa is ideally located, just 5 minutes from the beaches of San Agustin, 10 minutes from Cala Bassa, 15 minutes from Cala Conta and 20 minutes from the rest of the West coast beaches.
You are also 20 minutes from Ibiza Town and the airport and there are supermarkets and restaurants just 5 minutes from the property.

About the surrounding area of Villa Los IbisSan Antonio is a great place to stay for its lively atmosphere, electric nightlife and one of the widest varieties of fun things to do on land and on water. And it is home to those world-famous Ibiza sunsets! The Sunset Strip is the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail, listen to all the latest summer sounds and then watch the sun slowly sink below the horizon in a blaze of vivid oranges, reds and pinks.
A marvellous view across San Antonio Bay can also be had from the long strip of sandy beach, where a mainly younger crowd meets. Late afternoon they move onto the many bars that line the seafront promenade to get into the mood for those long Ibiza nights. You can also visit beautiful beaches nearby like Cala Bassa and Cala Conta, by taking one of the small ferries that run all day from the marina.
Fun on the water is a big thing in San Antonio. You can try one of the many boat excursions, party on sea with a boat party or get into activities like jet skiing, parasailing and much, much more. And later on, enjoy San Antonio's legendary nightlife, with super clubs Es Paradis and Eden, beach club O Beach Ibiza, pool party venue Ibiza Rocks Hotel, many smaller cool venues and the bars of the famous West End.

Best Suited For: All Ages The villa is a lovely place for kids to hang out - teenagers and older children will love having their own space, while children of all ages will love swimming in the pool. The outdoors area all good to run around and play, will ensure many fun evenings!
The numerous beaches and coves that make up San Antonio Bay all provide the perfect conditions for paddling with the little ones as the sea is shallow and perfectly calm. The majority of the beaches offer a variety of water sports for you to try your hand at, so why not hire a pedalo and view the stunning bay from out at sea? And for the slightly bigger kids, Ocean Mania is an absolute must. This inflatable, floating water park is located in the heart of the bay and is an exhilarating and action-packed way to spend your day.
Away from the beach, you'll find a whole host of other activities for the whole family to experience, all of which are reasonably priced and loads of fun for everyone. There are a number of great play areas and fairgrounds around the San Antonio area, as well as mini golf, rodeos and bouncy castles too. But for the ultimate family day out, head to Aguamar Waterpark and make a splash in all the pools and awesome slides that make for such an incredible day in the sun. Just don't forget your sun cream!

Quiet house in the middle of the little village
Walking distance to bars/supermarkets/restaurants. Confortable lounge, fully equiped. Big garden with nice green spot and sunbeds to chill after being out.
