The interior of Finca Codolar is spacious, bright and airy, featuring a bright, white decor with neutral accents in the soft furnishings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows to allow in plenty of natural light. The large lounge/diner offers guests the perfect space for relaxing and enjoying each other’s company - whether it’s snuggling up in the sumptuous seating area in front of the fireplace to watch a film, chatting over a glass of local wine or tucking into a hearty meal at the end of a busy day. The villa’s fully-equipped kitchen provides everything you’ll need to create delicious home-cooked food during your stay, including plenty of food preparation space, high-end appliances such as oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, as well as cookware, crockery, glassware and utensils.
Each of the villa’s bedrooms (four doubles and a twin) feature modern and stylish ensuite facilities, and all are decorated to the same high standards as the rest of the villa, with clean lines, natural shades and beautiful yet functional furnishings. Finca Codolar oozes peace and tranquillity, and these serene and elegant bedrooms are sure to deliver a relaxing and restful night’s sleep.
Finca Codolar features several unique and luxurious features, including Sonos sound system throughout, a games room with a dart board and pool table, and a separate gym. The gym is fully equipped with a selection of top-of-the-range fitness equipment, including an elliptical trainer, stationary bike, treadmill, weight machines, and a punching bag - and all fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
The grounds of the villa are just as luxurious as the interior, featuring a large south-facing porch complete with stunning sea views, an alfresco dining area, and a lounge area - big enough for all ten guests! A separate chill-out area provides guests with the perfect spot to enjoy hanging out with the family or curling up with a good book, and a paddle tennis and petanque court offer guests the chance to indulge in a little friendly sporting competition.
The icing on the cake of any villa holiday is a private swimming pool, and Finca Codolar certainly delivers with its large and easily accessible infinity pool that offers guests incredible views of the Ses Salines natural park as they cool off from the Ibizan sun.

About the surrounding area of Finca CodolarFinca Codolar is situated near the island’s capital, Ibiza Town, an area known for its white sandy beaches, exciting attractions and lively and vibrant nightlife. This town, thought to be one of the oldest in Europe, has something for everyone, featuring legendary nightclubs, world-class restaurants and a fantastic selection of bars. Visitors who love to shop until they drop out won’t be disappointed, as the town is home to a variety of boutiques and high-end fashion stores, as well as plenty of places to pick up some unique novelties and souvenirs.
Ibiza Town draws a very international crowd, and in the summer months, you may even spot a few celebs - but the region isn’t just a party town. Visitors here come for the art galleries and museums just as much as they do the clubs, and with so many to choose from, you’ll find plenty on offer if you want to indulge in a little history and culture. Much of the architecture and layout here has remained untouched since the 1600s, and the town is still home to the Catalan Castle, which was built in 1235, as well as the Gothic cathedral that boasts incredible coastline views. After soaking up the amazing historical sights, take a stroll through Ibiza Town’s back streets, where you’ll get to witness colourful parades and street performers, before heading down to the port and seeing how the other half live with some of the biggest and most expensive yachts in the world on show.
Eating out could not be simpler while in Ibiza Town, with restaurants and eateries offering cuisines from all over the world, from traditional Spanish tapas and Asian fusion to familiar chains such as Hard Rock Cafe, Mcdonalds and Burger King. As night falls, Ibiza Town really comes into its own, with hundreds of independent, quirky and lively bars offering beers, wines and cocktails, and most showcasing live entertainment. If clubbing is your thing, you’ll be in your element here as the town is home to Pacha - the original super club and one of the biggest and most famous on the island. Here you can enjoy a variety of lively themed nights that will take you through into the morning and beyond!

THE REGION
The island's capital is romantic and intriguing, exciting and vibrant, brash and buzzing, cosmopolitan and classic; all rolled into one eye-catching package. By day, she's all about shopping, boating, beach-bar-hopping and historical sightseeing; then, by night, alfresco wining and dining, followed by dancing 'til dawn.
You'll find a great selection of small boutiques, high-end fashion stores, shoe shops and all kinds of novelties. It attracts a very international crowd all year round and is a great place to do some celebrity spotting in the summer. There are some great art galleries and history museums, and the pretty ancient citadel of Dalt Vila is a history lesson in itself. We guarantee you'll never be stuck for something to do.

Best Suited For: All AgesIbiza - and the capital in particular - is a world-renowned party hotspot, but it’s also the perfect destination for a relaxing and fun-filled family holiday that suits all ages. From beach picnics and seaside paddles to exploring caves or going on a Jeep excursion, there’s something here for everyone, including taking a tour of the coastline on the island’s Santa Eulalia Ferry - the best way to show the kids everything that the town has to offer. The ferry stops at some of the most beautiful beaches on the coast, including Cala Llonga and Cala Pada, where you’ll find activities such as water sports and bike tours to enjoy. Cala Llonga is a particular favourite with families thanks to its clear shallows, soft sand, good amenities, and the addition of a children’s playground and mini amusement park.
Mini thrill-seekers will enjoy a family day out at Aguamar Water Park - one of the most popular leisure attractions on the island. The largest waterpark in Ibiza Town features plenty of white-knuckle slides for adventurous kids, including the Kamikaze and the Black Hole, as well as kids pools and gentler slides for the younger ones - a fun alternative to a day at the beach.
Browsing the town’s hippy markets is always a fun, family-friendly day out that the kids are sure to enjoy. Here hundreds of local artisans come to sell their vibrant, handmade wares, and there is always food and live entertainment to enjoy as well. The markets are a great way for kids to immerse themselves in Ibizan culture, and most of the markets feature dedicated children’s areas where they can make flower crowns, decorate tee-pees and get their faces painted.
Another top choice where to visit while you’re in Ibiza Town with the kids is the Cap Blanc Aquarium, a unique attraction that is located inside a large natural cave. Openings in the rocks allow seawater to flow freely in and out, providing the ideal temperature for the animals living inside. Octopus, fish and rays can be found here living in their natural habitat, and there’s also a sea turtle rehabilitation area where sea turtles are nursed back to health before being released back into the wild. Children of all ages will enjoy getting up close and personal with these fascinating ocean creatures before heading up to the terrace to enjoy a snack and a drink as they watch the rolling waves.
