The exterior of this property is made up of a considerable swimming pool and an extensive lawn area. Therefore, guests can choose between sunbathing on the emerald green grass or diving into the coolness of the irresistible pool. This property also contains a collection of outdoor seating and dining areas, making it a perfect location for exciting alfresco dining experiences or just for taking in the awe-inspiring views that sit before you.
 
Inside, this property continues to charm and delight by using a range of open-plan spaces. The living areas are located on the middle floor of this property. The lounge is extremely attractive, making use of a large L-shaped sofa that is covered in a soft cream-coloured fabric and is fitted with an array of scatter cushions. As such, guests can use this space to kick back and relax whilst they catch up with their favourite shows on the flatscreen TV. The dining area exudes a rustic yet enchanting theme by combining a dark wooden table with a set of white chairs. In turn, this space is perfect for enjoying your morning meals together as a group. The kitchen within this property is nothing short of pure perfection. This space is packed with an array of high-end facilities to ensure that guests can prepare and serve a selection of delicious meals whenever they like.
 
The basement level is home to four magnificent bedrooms. Each of these rooms provides guests with a spacious double bed as well as access to their own en-suite bathrooms. They also allow guests to access the garden through a set of sliding glass doors. In turn, guests can gain a peaceful and tranquil night’s sleep throughout their stay.
 
Travelling up to the first floor, this is where you’ll find the fifth and final bedroom. This room also includes a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This floor also includes an impressive solarium that offers amazing views of Ibiza’s city skyline.

Can Estanyol is located in the popular region of Ibiza Town, a place that is well known for its ever-growing atmosphere and culture. One of Ibiza’s most impressive tourist attractions is Dalt Vila, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This alluring fort is the highest and oldest part of Ibiza Town and was first built by Charles V in the 16th century. The fort was originally used to fend off pirate attacks, helping to protect civilians for many generations. Nowadays, it is viewed as a significant historical landmark and encourages guests to explore its walls. The flawless Playa d’en Bossa beach can be found just under 10-minutes away and is an ideal place for children to roam free and have fun. The soft sand is perfect for making sandcastles, and the calm water is also safe to swim in, making it a haven for children to enjoy. This beach is also packed full of exciting amenities such as jet ski schools and even a beachfront DJ. Although this beach is mostly associated with partygoers, many previous guests have praised its peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere. As such, guests are encouraged to take in the beautiful sights and then make their way into the nearby collection of restaurants for a quick bite to eat.

Scuba diving is a very popular activity within Ibiza due to the large section of marine wildlife that resides in the local waters. Scuba Ibiza Diving Centre is an acclaimed watersports establishment that operates just outside of Playa d’en Bossa beach. The expertly trained staff provides guests with everything they would need to complete their first scuba diving lesson, including essential equipment and an in-depth safety briefing. The beginner’s course, also known as the Try Dive Course, lasts for around 3 hours and can be performed in six languages, making it suitable for tourists. This is an ideal activity to complete if you are looking to partake in a once-in-a-lifetime experience whilst on holiday.

Aquarium Cap Blanc is a marine wildlife centre like none other and can be found around half an hour away from the centre of Ibiza Town. This superb tourist attraction is located inside a fascinating sea cave and was once used by local fishermen as an intuitive lobster trap. Using a collection of raised platforms and glass panels, guests will be able to observe an assortment of morays, conger, and grouper from an entirely new perspective. There is also a separate section dedicated to adorable sea turtles, allowing guests to learn more about these amazing creatures. Aquarium Cap Blanc welcomes guests every day from 10 am till 9 pm.
