Introducing Can Calbet, a private, gated villa built in a traditional style, accommodating up to eight guests across four stylish bedrooms. With a warm and cosy interior decorated in fresh tones of cream, terracotta and amber, this stunning villa is bursting with high-end amenities and home-from-home comforts that promise guests a relaxing and comfortable holiday to remember. The spacious lounge area features a soft corner sofa, well-crafted wooden furniture, a TV and stereo, and offers direct access to the dining terrace and private pool through large sliding glass doors. This area is ideal for cosying up on a quiet evening or enjoying a lazy morning.

The modern kitchen/diner provides guests with ample room for indoor meals. It is well-equipped with everything you’ll need to cater to you and your guests during your stay, including lots of food preparation space, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. The villa also features a washing machine and dryer, ideal for those who want to pack a little lighter and save some room in their luggage for those all-important souvenirs!

Can Calbet feature two spacious twin bedrooms, which can be found on the ground floor, and a modern bathroom with a bathtub. The villa’s two double bedrooms are located on the first floor, along with two more bathrooms featuring bath and shower facilities. The bedrooms are decorated to the same high standard as the rest of the villa, and guests staying on the first floor have to access to a roomy balcony area - the ideal spot for enjoying a morning cuppa to start the day!

The villa’s grounds are quite spectacular, surrounded by beautiful gardens and vegetation, and overlooked by a stunning mountain range. There are large areas of soft, well-maintained lawn, shady palms, and a large and easily-accessible private infinity pool. Alfresco dining is possible thanks to a stylish outdoor eating area and barbecue. There are plenty of luxurious sun loungers to retire to afterwards, where guests can relax and soak up their glorious surroundings.

Can Calbet is located near Ibiza Town, the island’s capital and one of the oldest towns in Europe. Guests flock here to enjoy the island’s notorious nightlife, spectacular beaches and eateries, and museums and indulge in some retail therapy! Visitors who love to shop until they drop won’t be disappointed as the town is home to a variety of boutiques and high-end fashion stores, as well as plenty of places to pick up some unique novelties and souvenirs.

Ibiza Town draws a very international crowd, and in the summer months, you may even spot a few celebs -  but the region isn’t just a party town, and there’s much to enjoy in history and culture. Much of the architecture and layout here has remained untouched since the 1600s, and the town is still home to the Catalan Castle, built in 1235, and the Gothic cathedral that boasts incredible coastline views. After soaking up the amazing historical sights, take a stroll through Ibiza Town’s back streets, where you’ll get to witness colourful parades and street performers, before heading down to the port and seeing how the other half live with some of the biggest and most expensive yachts in the world on show.

Eating out could not be simpler in Ibiza Town, with restaurants and eateries offering cuisines from all over the world, from traditional Spanish tapas and Asian fusion to familiar chains such as Hard Rock Cafe, Mcdonalds and Burger King. As night falls, Ibiza Town comes into its own, with hundreds of independent, quirky and lively bars offering beers, wines and cocktails, and most showcasing live entertainment. If clubbing is your thing, you’ll be in your element here as the town is home to Pacha - the original super club and one of the biggest and most famous on the island. Here you can enjoy a variety of lively themed nights that will take you through into the morning and beyond!

There is plenty of room to play and explore, home-from-home comforts such as satellite TV and WiFi, and a private pool that is sure to be a hit with kids of all ages. A handy outdoor toilet and shower mean the children don’t need to go dripping through the villa to use the loo after playing in the pool. There are lots of family-friendly amenities to make life easier, such as a washing machine and dryer, air conditioning, and good-sized areas for all dining together.

Can Calbet is located a few km from Ibiza Town, where you’ll find lots for the whole family to enjoy. Known mainly as a clubbing destination, you’ll be pleasantly surprised that it is also a popular choice for families who want to enjoy a fun-filled holiday with their kids! Browsing the town’s hippy markets is always a fun, family-friendly day out that the kids will enjoy. Here hundreds of local artisans come to sell their vibrant, handmade wares, and there is always food and live entertainment to enjoy. The markets are a great way for kids to immerse themselves in Ibizan culture, and most of the markets feature dedicated children’s areas where they can make flower crowns, decorate tee-pees and get their faces painted.

Another top choice to visit while you’re in Ibiza Town with the kids is the Cap Blanc Aquarium, a unique attraction located inside large natural caves. Openings in the rocks allow seawater to flow freely in and out, providing the ideal temperature for the animals living inside. Octopus, fish and rays can be found here living in their natural habitat. There’s also a sea turtle rehabilitation area where sea turtles are nursed back to health before being released into the wild. Children of all ages will enjoy getting up close and personal with these fascinating ocean creatures before heading up to the terrace to enjoy a snack and a drink as they watch the rolling waves.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 3 - 7 pm. Late check in is available on request between 7 pm - 10 pm at an extra cost of €60 per booking, paid locally. Check in after 10 pm will be at an extra cost of €100 per booking, paid locally.

Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available on this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? No.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs A link will be sent for the damage deposit, followed by a check-in link. Once these have been completed, the directions/meeting point will be sent to the client. If either of these is not completed, then it will delay the directions/meeting point information to be sent.
