A striking and spacious villa located in the quaint region of Es Cubells, Villa Porroig offers guests tremendous property that they can use in any way they please. The exterior of this property is especially opulent, as seen by the considerable swimming pool that resides in the centre of the grounds. Guests are free to use this space to its fullest potential, splashing around in the cool water as they create life-long memories together as a family. This property also presents an expansive garden area that seems to span as far as the eye can see. Thus, guests can revel in the expertly manicured grass as they soak up the warming rays of the sun. In addition to these facilities, guests can also enjoy a plethora of outdoor terraces. In turn, guests can indulge in a refreshing glass of wine as they bask in the amazing views that sit close by.
 
The interior of this property is extremely attractive, sporting a collection of traditional and contemporary decor to help create an incredibly comforting holiday home. The living area adheres to a very chic sense of style, making good use of two large grey sofas as well as a pair of robust coffee tables. As such, guests can use this space to enjoy their morning beverages and plan the exciting day ahead. The dining area is also very cohesive, using a solid dark wooden table and a set of matching chairs. Therefore, guests are able to enjoy their meals in this remarkably communal and appealing environment. The kitchen within this property is utterly marvellous, as seen by the extensive breakfast bar that truly helps to accentuate the entire space. Villa Porroig is a sophisticated five bedroom property with fantastic sweeping views over the bay of Cala Jondal, home to the world famous Blue Marlin and three other wonderful beach clubs. Es Cubells is a deeply charming region that has the ability to inspire and attract just about any kind of tourist. This region is also commended for its wide range of scuba diving excursions, as it is surrounded by an abundance of sapphire blue water. Establishments such as OrcaSub provide guests with a wide variety of courses and lessons, allowing them to truly enjoy their first underwater adventure. Guests will also work alongside an expertly trained instructor who will ensure that they feel entirely calm and comfortable throughout their journey. Once you submerge yourself underwater, you will have the chance to marvel at a wealth of beautiful wildlife, such as moray eels and octopuses. OrcaSub is based on Cala Tarida beach, which is around 20 minutes away from the centre of the region.

This impeccable park hosts a wide collection of majestic creatures like lizards, nesting birds, and falcons. In turn, guests have the privilege of gaining a more personal and intimate look into the natural habitats of these animals. The staff at this park are also incredibly admirable as they have been limiting the number of urbanisation projects occurring around the surrounding area since 2002. Thus, this is an ideal attraction to visit if you wish to learn more about the undiluted natural beauty of this entire region. Cala d’Hort Nature Park is situated just under 10 minutes away from the centre of Es Cubells.
 
If you are looking to embark on a unique sightseeing experience, a Vespa tour is a real treat. Various establishments across the region will pair you with a vintage Vespa, allowing you to bask in a wealth of tourist hotspots at your own pace. These excursions often begin at Playa d’en Bossa beach, where you will receive an initial safety briefing. From here, you will be allowed to travel across a collection of landscapes, allowing you to gain a richer view of this location. It should be noted that guests must have a valid driving licence for three years before riding these scooters.

THE REGION

This remarkable church was first founded in 1864 but managed to suffer intense damage during the harrowing events of the Spanish Civil War. This building is characterised by a series of looming features, such as a central nave and a collection of ornate side chapels. Guests can also explore the interior of this church, giving them a chance to marvel at the variety of artefacts and fixtures on show. Es Cubells church is based just a stone’s throw away from the centre of the region.
 
This area also boasts an energetic and diverse food scene, making it a perfect destination for avid foodies. Restaurante Los Pinos is a deeply popular dining establishment that provides guests with an assortment of divine menu options to choose from. As such, guests can take a large step outside their culinary comfort zones, enjoying dishes such as a refreshing goat’s cheese salad as well as authentic seafood paella. Security deposit €3,000 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

If the lead person, at this stage, does not have a valid passport then an alternative person will need to be the lead person of the booking. The owner will not accept the booking unless he has a copy of a passport is submitted.
