Indoors, a lounge area which has been finished with jazzy décor, comfortable sofas and lovely flooring will entice guests to gather together and relax! Satellite television will help pass the time here when you are indoors in the daytime, and at night, you can turn it up a notch with the fireplace!
Head to the fully-equipped kitchen, where you are blessed with everything you need and more to whip up a storm of a meal! Store ingredients for future feasts and drinks and snacks to go! Food can be served for the four guest capacity on a dining table in the living room which will fit everybody on it!

Outdoors, guests can enjoy the fantastic use of the nature that surrounds the villa and provides it with a level of exclusivity reserved for the elite. Architects have ensured that the lush foliage has been brought into the grounds, with vine-covered archways and blooming, colourful flowers that add flavour and provide shade for guests! Relax under their sweet fragrances on sun-loungers or take a siesta, Spanish style, on the day bed! Dine alfresco with awesome views across the coast as barbecued food is served from the outdoor grill and onto the outdoor dining table! The outdoor pool will entice guests to get inside and escape from the heat or have fun any time they want!

For near-limitless amounts of sunshine, Ibiza is the island to visit! Combining the culture of the mainland, with tropical vibes, it's no wonder Ibiza has been drawing all types of people to its shores for generations! One of four of the Balearic Islands, the isle has been enriched by the natural goodness of the sun and the Mediterranean Sea in which it floats upon!
Located in Sant Josep, Villa Urpa sits overlooking Cala Carbo, a lovely little beach! The quaint town has been named after the mountain of the same name, which reaches 475 metres above sea level and its peaks, guests can admire spectacular vistas of the surrounding area and island! For a more cultural experience during your holiday, guests can head into town to see the medieval churches and the Phoenician village of Sa Caleta, which is preserved as UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as defensive towers to be found along the coast. Be sure to visit Cova Santa cave, a beautiful natural grotto!
Within the town, guests are invited to dine at a Taverna, a traditional restaurant serving authentic native dishes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Wash down tasty meats, vegetables and freshly caught seafood, prepared with mouth-watering, flavoursome spices and sauces with sangria, a mix of wine and fruits!
You are blessed with the opportunity to indulge in the seductive privacy that Cala Carbo Beach offers as it is visible from Villa Urpa. Stroll less than two minutes to this secluded paradise, where soft sand and pebbles meet with turquoise, calm waters for you to have an intimate and blissful beach day! THE REGION
Cala d'Hort is a small, beloved beach with a fantastic view of the mysterious island of Es Vedrà, which rises dramatically from the sea only several hundred metres from the shore. The beach itself is sandy to one side, pebbly to the other, and in summer is extremely popular.
There are three excellent beach restaurants in the area, renowned for fresh fish dishes, including the traditional seafood paella. The restaurant Es Boldado is situated high on the cliffs above the bay. It is accessed from the road to the beach from San José (signposted), or, if you're brave, you can scramble over the rocks and fishermen's huts to the wooden staircase that takes you up to this popular restaurant.

Its use of colour, both in its construction and with the collection of plants and flowers that decorate the ground highlights the tropical and energetic vibe that will keep the children bright and full of oomph all holiday!
Indoors cosy lounging areas, complete with a fireplace and satellite television will help bring the family members together! Kids will be able to surf the web and upload photos and snaps straight to social media sites, courtesy of the wi-fi offered throughout the villa!
Fussy eaters and those with dietary needs will be catered for with the fully-equipped kitchen where the finest meals can be whipped up and served on indoor or outdoor dining tables. Babies have the option of high-chair use, upon request!
Outdoors kids will have a whale of a time splashing in the outdoor pool, with the freedom to jump in anytime! For unwinding moments, children can relax on sun-loungers and daybeds!
The proximity of Cala Carbo means that children will probably beg adults to take them there daily! Two restaurants sit on this beach where you can buy the freshest seafood and dine on typical Ibiza cuisine! Introduce children to the finger-licking goodness of tapas whilst you enjoy world-famous vino!
For a more built-up beach scene, head to Cala Tarida! The perfect beach to have a whole day of fun in the sun with the family-friendly offerings! Soft, white-sand beaches will allow kids to play safely and happily under the watchful eyes of lifeguards! Head into the crystal-clear, azure, emerald green and multi-coloured turquoise sea and rest assured that even the smallest and youngest of children can splash at its shores! Why not grab some snorkels, beach balls and inflatables to make the day even more entertaining!
