Villa Alandir is a gorgeous holiday home boasting a pink and white exterior that looks spectacular against the bright blue sky and the surrounding lush countryside. This beautiful home makes for an epic holiday as it is just a four-minute walk to the nearest beach and benefits from being in a tranquil location, amongst an enchanting forest.
From the home’s glistening private infinity pool, guests will be able to admire the outstanding greenery that the island has to offer. The pool deck provides comfortable sun loungers with umbrellas offering shade and a small seating area complete with a coffee table.
Comfy brown sofas are placed on the veranda where you can dine alfresco under the twinkling night stars. An outdoor barbeque makes eating outdoors easy. Meals can also be devoured from a bench table in the garden which sits on a small height. This is an ideal place to take in the lovely sun rays from.
Smooth white marble floors are placed throughout the home, emphasising space and luxury. In the living area, large glass windows bring in incredible natural light and plush white furnishings are ideal for cosy nights in. The open plan indoor dining area offers pleasant views over the island’s cliffs and crystal clear sea.
The home’s kitchen is contemporary and stylish and contains a small seating area where breakfasts can be enjoyed. Guests staying in the master suite will have struck gold! Ceiling to wall windows look out over the beautiful island of Ibiza. In the en-suite, a bathtub is placed in front of the window looking out onto the balcony and wider natural scenery. Here, you can completely luxuriate yourself while looking out at the awe-inspiring sights.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa AlandirCala Salada Beach is one of the nearest beaches to the home and is a stunning golden sandy beach surrounded by pine-forested hills. The small beach is favoured by locals for its crystal clear water which is wonderful for snorkelling and swimming in, and striking surrounding cliffs.
The cliffs are popular with visitors to jump off, however, make sure that you are careful! Cala Salada is a pretty picturesque location that boasts a lively atmosphere and fills up with avid beach-goers, especially on summer weekends. This is also a great location for walking with clear trodden paths leading up to the epic hills at the back. The beach restaurant serves tasty traditional cuisine as well as delicious ice cream and cocktails. Be sure to take a camera as there will be plenty of gorgeous photo opportunities at this beach.
Imagine Restaurante Bar Laguna Sunset Chill and Fiesta is one of the home’s local restaurants. The venue serves delectable Mediterranean and Spanish cuisines with a variety of vegetarian dishes. Imagine boasts a charming and laidback yet lively atmosphere right on the beach. The restaurant puts on live entertainment each night as well as thrilling fire shows. The mojito cocktail is particularly popular here, with most visitors to the restaurant ordering it.
After dinner, you will love taking your cocktail down onto the beach’s warm sand and gazing up at the dazzling night sky.

THE REGION
Cala Bassa Beach truly offers something for everyone. It is reachable by car, boat and bus, with a range of useful facilities and wooden walkways providing access for the disabled and prams, making it easily accessible to all ages.
The area near the coast has four different restaurants, all under the management of the Cala Bassa Beach Club. They are mostly quite exclusive options, but there is also a snack bar at the far end of the bay.
Cala Bassa boasts some of the clearest, cleanest water you’ll ever see on the beaches in Ibiza and the softest golden sand – it’s enough to make you think you’ve escaped the Med (not that you’d want to!) and made it to Thailand.

Best Suited For: All AgesCasita Verde is an eco-education centre created and maintained to showcase sustainable living in Ibiza which kids will find magical and enchanting.
The centre comprises of rented farm property on 5.5 hectares of land and is a great way for kids to see how people can live in harmony with nature. They will be especially intrigued by the people living in a tree house!
Casita Verde opens to the public every Saturday from two in the afternoon until sunset. It’s around a 25-minute drive away from Villa Alandir.
