A stunning and extraordinary property located in Catalonia, Villa Corazon del Campo offers guests the premium chance to reside in a traditional 17th-century country house with modern-day renovations. As you approach the exterior of this property, you will be blown away by the sheer size of the emerald green lawn that spans the entire space. This is a perfect spot for the grown-ups to absorb the warming rays of the sun whilst the children run around and play games. This property is also home to a considerable swimming pool, allowing guests to cool off whenever they please. Guests can also enjoy a striking wealth of outdoor terraces, meaning that they can appreciate the stunning views that surround them as they sip on a refreshing glass of local wine.
 
Inside, this property adheres to a very rustic and traditional theme, meaning that guests can truly relax in this homely and pastoral environment. The living area showcases a series of plump white sofas as well as a grandiose fireplace. Guests can use this space to rest and recharge as they discuss their favourite elements of the holiday so far. The dining area is an incredibly communal space, as seen by the broad dark wooden table and collection of matching chairs. Guests are free here to enjoy a selection of delicious meals as well as each other's company.
 
There is a kitchen on the ground floor and also on the first floor, which presents a deeply comforting theme. This space makes good use of a collection of red tiles and wooden cupboards, helping to add a splash of colour to this very simplistic home. This floor is also home to five beautiful bedrooms. The first three of these bedrooms are home to spacious double beds, ensuring that guests can enjoy a tranquil night's sleep throughout the duration of their stay. The fourth has two singles, and the fifth is perfect for children as it continues a trio of bunk bed sets.
 
Travelling up to the second floor, this is where you'll uncover the remaining two bedrooms. Both of these grand suites contain large double beds, en-suite showers, and a comfortable seating area. Thus, these spaces are ideal for those who would rather be detached from the rest of the group.

If you are looking to indulge in a spot of people-watching alongside a moreish cup of coffee, Cafe Le Bistrot is the ideal place to do so. This charming cafe is about 5 minutes away from the Eiffel Bridge and offers a vast selection of artisan teas and coffees, as well as a collection of delicious menu items. Therefore, guests are free to try dishes such as a refreshing salmon salad and an expertly prepared duck fillet. Plus, there are an array of vegan and vegetarian options available, helping to adhere to almost every taste.

Before you head out to the beach, or if you're looking for an alternative to the beach yet still want some water, stop off at Aquadiver in Platja d'Aro, roughly thirty minutes away. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1,000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price. Guests can request extra linen and towles, at an extra cost of:
- Set of sheets: €8 per person + 21% VAT
- Set of towels: €4 per person + 21% VAT
Pool towels included? Not available.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. Please note that for stays less than 1 week, there will be a mandatory €100 supplement to pay via a link directly to the property manager. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights during peak season. 3 nights during other periods.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs Guests are asked to please be mindful of their noise levels in the property and respectful towards neighbours.
Other Ts and Cs Please be aware that guests will receive a link from Oliver's Travels 2 weeks before arrival to pay the security deposit and tourist tax and to supply guest details. Once completed, guests will then be provided with directions, arrival information, and the property manager's details. Please advise us if you do not receive this link.
