Upon entering, the first double guest room sits to the left before continuing through to a fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals throughout your stay. The heart of Apartment Mijas is its bright and airy living and dining area, where up to eight guests can comfortably gather, laugh, and make memories. Outside, a delightful terrace offers outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset, whilst a colossal rooftop terrace with an alfresco dining area is ideal for sharing entertaining meals whilst soaking up the spectacular views.

On the lower level, there are three further bedrooms, two of which share a beautifully designed bathroom with a convenient shower. The master room boasts an ensuite bathroom, adding a touch of privacy and luxury to your stay, and a further terrace provides the perfect escape for a moment of solitude and relaxation.

As well as benefiting from the security of gated urbanisation, guests can also make use of a large communal pool and lush gardens or even indulge in a game of padel tennis, the perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon. Whilst the beach is within walking distance, there is also a designated private off-road parking space, making it easy to hop in the car and explore the surrounding area.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €750 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 3 - 7 pm. Out of hours arrival will incur a fee of €50.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €250, paid to OT with the balance. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 5 nights. All other durations upon request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Not applicable.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
