This luxurious seven-bedroom villa in Los Monteros Playa, on Marbella’s beautiful east coast, is the epitome of luxury.

Inside velvet furnishings, glittering chandeliers and sumptuous furniture all vie for your attention. The open-plan living area is a classy affair with its high ceiling, whitewashed walls, and splashes of green and gold colour. The perfect space for entertaining, there is an elegant table seating twelve people, a grand piano, open fireplace, and numerous sofas and chairs to relax in and soak up the ambience of the room. From here, large glass doors lead to a stylish terrace and stunning sea views beyond. From the lounge, tiled floors sweep through to a professionally kitted-out kitchen. Sip a morning coffee at the neat breakfast bar before stepping through to the spa area for some pampering. Get some laps in at the indoor pool (it even has an open roof for the summer), or work up a sweat in the gymnasium. Afterwards take it easy in the sauna, hamam or massage room. On top of all this, there’s a home cinema room where you can relax with your favourite film. The elegant master bedroom suite, featuring its own private lounge and garden access, is also located on this floor. The remaining bedrooms are dotted around a charming Andalusian-styled patio. Featuring their own pristine bathrooms the bedroom decor combines creamy tones with opulent furnishings. There’s also a two-bedroom staff apartment should you want to bring extra help. 

On top of the gorgeous interior there’s an incredible watchtower built into the heart of the property. A stunning roof terrace can be accessed from the tower, making it the perfect place to chill out and soak up the breath-taking sea views.

Back on ground level a delightful outdoor area has everything you could possibly want, from manicured lawns to dazzling swimming pool, barbeque and dining area to plenty of comfy garden furniture. There’s even a Balinese-themed garden with thatched gazebo adding to the relaxed feel of the place. And with the beach right on your doorstep, you’ll find it’s impossible not to unwind here.

Although the villa is set in an exclusive residential area there are plenty of nearby amenities. It’s a five-minute drive to restaurants and bars in Marbella centre and a ten-minute drive to Puerto Banus with its luxury marina, designer shops and glamorous nightlife.

Los Monteros Playa is regarded as the most luxurious and exclusive residential development in Southern Spain’s Costa del Sol. With the Sierra Blanca Mountains as backdrop and Playa los Monteros beach right on your doorstep, this is an area of unbeatable beauty and tranquillity.

Rio Real, Marbella Golf & Country Club, and Santa Clara Golf are considered some of the best courses in the Costa del Sol and are just minutes away from the villa. All offer 18-holes and breath-taking views of the surrounding hills and sea. With so much choice, golf-lovers won’t know where to tee off first. Also a few minutes from the villa is the Royal Marbella Tennis and Paddle Club. It’s the perfect place for a game of tennis followed by a swim in the pool or bite to eat in the delightful restaurant.

For further amenities make the 5-minute drive to Marbella and spend the day soaking up the sun on one of the fabulous beaches, browsing the smart boutique stores, or dining at a Michelin-starred seafront restaurant. For a more authentic Andalusian experience stroll through the old town with its whitewashed buildings, flower-covered balconies and cobbled streets and admire the Moorish and baroque architecture that bears witness to the presence of both Arabs and Christians in the fifteenth and sixteenth century.
 
While Marbella offers plenty to do and see, the neighbouring town of Puerto Banus is also worth a visit. Just 15-minutes by car from the villa, it has a glittering harbour where you can sit back during the day and watch the super yachts bobbing on the water. But come evening, the vibrant nightclubs and cocktail bars come alive and attract a well-heeled party crowd.

For more sedate entertainment, head 10-minutes east from the villa to the delightful Cabopino Port and Marina. Known as the ‘Little Gem’ on the Costa del Sol, it’s a wonderful place to spend an afternoon with its cobbled squares, lively chiringuitos and sandy beach. At the impressive marina you can even hop on a boat or catamaran and enjoy a day on the water spotting dolphins.

Villa Torrebella is a beautiful home and children will love the amount of space both inside and out. Although the interior is elegant there are homely features including a fireplace and plenty of soft furnishings, and the comfy cinema room is a great space where the whole family can gather together for a film. Children will also love splashing in the indoor swimming pool with its retractable roof, while older ones can keep active in the gymnasium. And if they tire of the indoor pool, there’s an outdoor one too. Here they can also run free on the lawn, read a book in the gazebo, gaze out of the unique watchtower or chill out on the huge roof terrace. And if that’s not enough to keep them entertained the beach is just a hop and a skip away. Here they can swim in the calm Mediterranean waters, soak up the sun and build sandcastles on the shore.

More great beaches can be found in Marbella where young children can swim and snorkel safely, and older ones can try their hand at paddle boarding or parasailing. Afterwards head to the pretty harbour for ice-cream or a tasty snack at a chiringuito. 

For adrenalin-fuelled fun, be sure to visit Aventura Amazonia. Just 8-minutes drive from the villa, this adventure park is packed with thrilling challenges. Fly through the pine trees on a zip-wire or climb across the forest on ladders and bridges. With courses for all age groups the whole family can enjoy a madly active day here.

There are also a number of thrilling waterparks in the area including the Mijas Aqua Park, 20-minutes drive east from the villa and Aqualand in Torremolinos. With a variety of rides on offer they are fantastic places for kids of all ages to let off steam. Children can spend time whizzing down huge water slides, splashing in wave pools or jumping on a rubber ring and riding the rapids.
If you want a quieter family day out drive 10-minutes east to Puerto Cabopino. It boasts a child-friendly beach and pretty marina dotted with restaurants and chiringuitos. And if the mood takes you, simply jump on a yacht or catamaran and spend the day out on the water spotting dolphins.

Security deposit €12,000 charged to client's credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Extra €600, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
