This location is tremendous. The glitzy nightlife and boutique shopping of Marbella is just minutes away.
 
Villa Monteros is the height of opulence with incredibly good taste and style. Throughout, you will find calm, neutral tones, luxurious furnishings and accessories, tasteful art decorating the walls and supreme elegance. It is clear to see that every item has been handpicked to blend perfectly with the surroundings. The whole villa is drowned in sunlight through the huge windows and doors all around. You will find feature walls using exquisite wallpapers and fascinating artworks offering brilliant colour pops. It is almost like walking around a gallery as everything is just so perfect. Guests will be enthralled at every moment. The living spaces are exceptional, with huge open plan living where you can see the gardens and the twinkling sea. There are fascinating vaulted ceilings in huge, cavernous spaces with oversized fireplaces to match and throughout, you will find stunning displays of orchids and other flower arrangements. As well as an incredible chef’s dream of a kitchen, there is also a fully equipped professional kitchen calling out for you to hire a private chef. The formal dining area is wonderful. Villa Monteros is indulgent, beautiful and it is such a treat to live like millionaires for the week.
 
The gardens are an equal delight, with majestic palms standing proud on the lush lawns, framing your spectacular sea views. Colourful, mature planting all around completes the picture. The swimming pool with its unusual shape is a wonder. You can relax on your superior loungers listening to the softs sounds of the water feature and counting your blessings for this extraordinary experience. There are numerous areas for alfresco dining and lounging. Watching the sky change to colours of pinks, oranges, and reds is amazing while enjoying ice-cold glasses of wine on your magical terrace. The garden lighting is absolutely amazing, just when you think things cannot get any better.
 
You will certainly enjoy the sleep of kings in the magnificent bedroom suites. The master suite is located on the upper level with its dreamy kingsize bed, its lavish ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and its private terrace overlooking the pool, gardens and the sparkling sea. Also, on the upper level, you will find three further bedroom suites. One offers a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the pool and sea. Another boasts a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower and a private terrace overlooking the exquisite gardens and the sea. The final upper floor bedroom enjoys a queen-size bed and two twin beds, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It overlooks the manicured gardens. One the ground level, you will be delighted to find two gorgeous bedrooms, both with immaculate, superb ensuites with showers and queen size beds. One overlooks the garden and pool, and the other overlooks the gardens. What bliss to open the doors and walk out into your personal paradise in the morning! The final bedroom is located in the fabulous guest house. Again it boasts sensational interior design, an ensuite shower room and beautiful garden and pool views.

Los Monteros is prized for its peaceful sophistication within a stroll from the finest dunes and beaches in the Marbella area, as well as the neighbouring Rio Real golf course, and the seaside promenade. There are 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and it can accommodate up to 14 people

Villa Monteros enjoys a very prestigious, beachfront location. One of the very best in Marbella. Los Monteros is a famed beachside neighbourhood roughly 10 minutes from the centre of Marbella. The famous Spanish banker Ignacio Coca constructed the famous Los Monteros Hotel in 1962 and, later in 1965, the renowned Rio Real Golf Course. Since then, various distinguished estates have been built in the area. The hotel and spa resort runs the swanky La Cabana Beach Club on the seafront, which is very upmarket and popular. Playa Los Monteros enjoys a fantastic beach with excellent bars and restaurants. The neighbourhood enjoys the added cache thanks to the Malaga born actor Antonio Banderas having a seafront residence.
 
For Mediterranean glamour, Marbella holds its own with the French Riviera and other European hot-spots. Michelin-starred restaurants, manicured, challenging golf courses, marinas bustling with high-end yachts, chic, designer boutiques, glitzy entertainment and never-ending golden sandy beaches are all in abundance. Plaza de Los Naranjos, the old part of Marbella, enjoys its Arabic characteristics and features restaurant’s tables scattered in the square’s formal garden bordered by orange trees and pretty balconies all around, all adorned with beautiful, vibrant flowers. The labyrinth of narrow pedestrian streets is laid with red tiles and crazy paving. Stunning plazas are brimming with trendy, upmarket bars and restaurants and unique shops offering souvenirs, olive oil, local pottery and lace. The whitewashed buildings are wrapped in colourful bougainvillaea and topped with terracotta roofs, many dating back to the renaissance. Alameda Park is just a few steps south of Old Town and feels like a private garden. There are marble walkways, fountains and benches, all under a thick canopy of tropical foliage. Many of the benches are clad with azulejos, classic Andalusian hand-printed tiles. The handsome walkway, Avenida del Mar, leads from the park to Playa de la Venus, next to Marbella’s first-class marina. It enjoys palm trees and bronze sculptures designed by Salvador Dali. The central Plaza de la Iglesia is very beautiful and often hosts bustling markets and concerts. Besides the typical Andalusian cultural events, there are annual festivals dedicated to music, including the Marbella International Opera Festival held in August, the Marbella Reggae Festival in July, plus the Marbella International Film Festival is held in June.
 
Twenty kilometres away, Puerto Banus was designed and built-in 1970 by local property developer Jose Banus as a luxury marina and shopping complex. Puerto Banus attracts the rich and famous with classy restaurants, clubs, bars and a heavenly marina brimming with high-end yachts. Sala Beach Club and Ocean Club Marbella are two of Puerto Banus’ luxury beach clubs where you can indulge in champagne and gourmet lunches; all served by attentive staff. Within Ocean Club Marbella, there is a range of exclusive shops, a wellness spa and massage, a swimming pool, a restaurant, 4 bars and a chill-out zone.
 
Malaga is also a very popular resort with a historic centre, handsome streets, a vibrant gastronomic scene, wonderful museums, unique boutique shops and lively streets, bustling with cafes and tapas bars. As the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, one of Malaga’s main attractions is the museum dedicated to him, which is housed within the beautifully restored Buenavista Palace. Malaga is a foodie destination, with the Mercado Central de Atarazanas being very popular. The brilliant Port of Malaga is lined with upmarket restaurants and bars. Malaga Cathedral is a must-visit.

Marbella is a wonderful destination for a family holiday. There are so many incredible beaches plus water adventures, high-ropes adventures and wonderful parks and scenery.
 
Adventura Amazonia, Marbella is a thrilling, challenging high rope adventure with bridges, zip wires, tree climbing and swing bridges. There is a mini kid’s course for 4-7-year-olds and another course for over 7’s. There are 83 challenges in the trees and 20 ziplines in total.
 
Selwo Aventura in Estepona offers children the chance to meet lions, giraffes, hippos, zebras, leopards, meerkats, lynx, elephants and pandas. The park also offers its Serengeti Safari, a 4x4 truck ride around the Great Lakes Reserve and adventure activities, including a zip wire, hanging bridges and archery.
 
One of the favourite places to head with a family in San Pedro. Not only does it boast a fantastic beach, but its stunning, architectural boulevard also has playgrounds with swings, wooden horses, padded hills to climb and a zipline. The bridge enjoys a splendid curved design to match the waves and mountain scenery. It’s a popular place for cycling and skating. Happy Days Costa del Sol, at the Marbella end of the boulevard, has an ice-skating rink and a 9-hole mini-golf course. The Funny Beach Marbella amusement park offers jet skiing, flyboarding, go-karting and bouncy castles, pedal boats, a Wave X ramp and inflatable water rides. Set in Parque de las Medranas, teens love to hit the water for a wakeboarding lesson. There is a cable pully lap system, so it offers continuous riding with plenty of challenging obstacles. San Pedro’s Parque de Los Tres Gardens consists of three varied garden areas, including a Mediterranean garden, an Arab garden and a sub-tropical garden. In summer there is also plenty of live music in the area.
 
Turtle Lake in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella, is a popular family outing. It enjoys lush foliage and glorious mountain views, all framed by the majestic trees. It is well known for its famous inhabitants, the turtles. It is also home to many water birds. Children can swim in the lake, plus it is the perfect spot for a picnic. If you stroll around the lake, you will cross the 20-metre high dam wall, which dates back to 1890.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €10,000 paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival, or via credit card on arrival, and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
