With a lush garden, elegantly covered cabana and the glistening private swimming pool, there is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the outdoors throughout the day. The terrace boasts luxurious sun loungers where you can sit back and finish off your favourite book or keep an eye on kids splashing in the pool! With space to dine al-fresco, why not spend an evening grilling some fresh fish on the barbecue and eating outdoors in the glorious Spanish climate?
The front door opens out into a grand entrance, with high ceilings and direct views through to the living room, creating an easy flow to space. The kitchen is open-plan so that you can cook to your heart's content, with the rest of the group gathered around. There are a dining area and a spacious living room, making it easy to spend quality time together as a group. There are three double bedrooms in the villa, as well as two further twin bedrooms.
The highlight at Villa Kalua has to be the private spa, nestled onto the lower ground floor. There are a luxurious jacuzzi, steam room and a heated swimming pool so that you can take a dip all year around. Each corner you turn in this special property feels like a real treat; there is an atmosphere of calm and elegance, combined with a homely feel, creating the perfect holiday base.

About the surrounding area of Villa KaluaVilla Kalua is located in Cortijo Blanco, San Pedro de Alcantara, just 200 metres from the beach as well as walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafe's and supermarket. The villa is only a short walk from the centre of Puerto Banus
Just a short drive away is Puerto Banus, brimming with luxury brand boutiques, markets, restaurants, clubs and bars and of course a beautiful harbour for you to explore.
Meanwhile, nearby Marbella is a little bigger and busier, with a traditional and beautiful old town, and holds many Michelin starred restaurants and world-renowned beaches where one can soak up the sun and enjoy a cocktail at a beachfront bar! It has a vibrant history, visible in the many ruins throughout the winding cobbled streets of its Old Town.
Malaga, the largest city on the Costa del Sol, is also nearby, and is historically and culturally incredibly rich, putting even more activities and amenities at your fingertips. As the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, the city is, of course, brimming with museums and art galleries, set among a beautiful cityscape of castles, cathedrals and theatres.
The Costa del Sol itself is mainly peaceful and quiet, as although there is a large amount of tourism, mostly for the fantastic beaches and warm climate (the average water temperature year-round is 18°C!), visitors tend to stick to the highly developed and bustling south-western part, leaving the stunning mountains inland largely untouched and peaceful year-round.
The region of Andalucía is culturally diverse and has a perfectly varied landscape, where picturesque beaches, ancient cities and deserts meet the incredible Sierra Nevada mountain range, which includes both the most southerly ski resort in Europe and the highest point of continental Europe!

Best Suited For: All AgesThe villa is well-equipped for families, with plenty of room both inside and out for kids to run about and play.
The terrace is bright and spacious with a large private pool and lawn area in which kids can splash and play to their heart’s content, with sun-loungers available for you to keep a close eye on the little ones. The pool isn’t fenced, so make sure you keep an eye on young children when they are outside.
The capital city of Marbella is a short drive away, with endless activities for families. If you want to hire a car, there’s parking for two cars at the villa.
With wireless internet, satellite television and music systems, there is plenty to entertain kids. The local area is also very well suited to families, with the Costa Water Park and the Mijas and Torremolinos waterparks all nearby, as well as plenty of water sports opportunities including kayaking, dolphin watching, kite-surfing, parasailing, snorkelling, windsurfing and loads more!

I think the local beach and water sports are a must in my personal opinion.

Restaurante Marabierta is a personal favourite of mine.

Seeing Marbella old town is quite nice and stopping off in the little coffee shops.
What insider tip would you pass on about the property or the area?
Nothing to state really, simply enjoy everything that the fantastic Villa has to offer and being in the fantastic location that it is also.

Beautiful relaxing villa
A family of 12 visited with ages ranging from 12 to 80. The villa was well equipped with lots of home comforts. The pools were lovely with the indoor being a hidden gem in colder months. The garden seating area was great in the midday sun and there were several outdoor lounge areas to take advantage of. There were numerous restaurants within a short walk which was suitable for the less able. Puerto Banus was a pleasant 30 minute walk away along the sea front for those seeking a busier nightlife. We would definitely go back and recommend to larger groups looking for that added extra comfort.

Exquisite villa
Stayed In this exquisite villa during the summer holidays. What can I say it was just simply amazing from the cleanliness, amenities close by the decor simply beautiful and everything you would possibly need in a house. The villa is a short walk to Puerto Banus and also San Pedro. Quaint little shops along the way for shoppers like myself. The outside of the villa is amazing and so safe for families great security and lovely quiet area. Close to the beach and boardwalk great for teenagers that want to explore or get away from parents for an hour or 2. A touch of class is how I can explain the villa. I just can’t wait to visit again.
