Situated on the luxurious Santa Clara golf course in Marbella, Villa Dehe is an expansive four-bedroom, three-bathroom detached property. Perfect for golfers, the villa is just mere moments away from Marbella Golf, Rio Real Golf Marbella, and is situated by the fifteenth hole of the Santa Clara golf course.
Safe and secure, the community of twenty-four properties is fenced and gated with 24-hour, round the clock security. On the ground floor is an open plan living room and kitchen, with the latter equipped with all the appliances you’ll need during your stay. There are also vast windows and sliding doors, flooding the room with light, with views over the private heated saltwater pool and perfectly landscaped gardens. In addition to this, there is also a bedroom with an ensuite on this floor with an additional toilet for visitors. On the first floor, there are the additional three bedrooms, all with balconies and TVs, and two further bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower and bath. There are also hairdryers available on the property.
Built recently, the villa is perfect for holidays all year round; the pool can be heated, and there is underfloor heating inside the villa for winter months and air conditioning in all four bedrooms for summer months. There’s also a barbeque in the garden, perfect for entertaining guests and hosting evenings, especially as the indoor space has dining facilities for up to twelve people.
The Villa Dehe is luxurious and modern, with panoramic views from each window of the golf course, coastline, the Mediterranean Sea, and of course, the La Concha Mountains. If you aren’t into golf, you can still reap the benefits of Villa Dehe by having pool days or by venturing to the local beach that is a mere 4 km away, and as the villa has free parking, you can truly explore all that Marbella has to offer at any time of the year.

About the surrounding area of Villa DeheOften referred to as the Spanish Riviera, Marbella is also a desired resort for luxury holidays. Despite being a city, Marbella only has around 144,000 inhabitants, giving it an inclusive community feel that has holidaymakers coming back year on year.
The Santa Clara golf course is an iconic, eighteen-hole golf course that is renowned around the world and will be on your doorstep during your stay at the Villa Dehe. There’s even an on site restaurant for you to dine in once you’ve finished playing.
The La Concha mountains are the perfect place to take a hike. With the peak around 1200m above sea level, there are amazing views of Marbella city against the backdrop of the Mediterranean Sea. The walk itself is only 8km, making it a great day activity.
Down from the mountains, there are many other activities local to the Villa Dehe for you to enjoy. There are many Chiringuitos by the beach, bursting with traditional Spanish dishes. And, there are plenty of yacht trips available to purchase in the port for a relaxing boat trip.
The closest beach to Villa Dehe is a short five-minute drive away and features infamous beach clubs such as the Los Monteros La Cabanne and Trocadero Arena Beach Club. The Royal Tennis Club Marbella features luxury tennis courts and a gym and is a mere five-minute drive away.
West of the city is the ‘Golden Mile’, a stretch of prestigious nightclubs that lead to the Puerto Banús Marina. Dine-in one of the restaurants here, or simply have a drink in a bar and watch the sunset over the marina filled with exquisite yachts. Visit Marbella Old Town and wander among the traditional architecture and cobblestones as a romantic evening stroll.

Best Suited For: All AgesChildren of any age are allowed at the villa, making it perfect for larger families or even two families holidaying together. The complex is also gated with security, meaning children are safe to roam and play. There is also the option for a crib and high-chair for an additional cost of $15 per item per stay. The villa is extremely self-sufficient, meaning you can opt to have a day at the villa, simply lounging and playing by the pool and having a barbeque in the evening.
If, however, you’d like to explore, then Marbella is perfect for children, having many beautiful sandy beaches that suit family beach days. The most renowned is the beach in Puerto Banus, which is home to a water park with various water slides. There are also multiple points at which to play water sports, from adrenaline-fueled waterskiing to more relaxing activities such as paddleboarding that the whole family can get involved in.
There are also excursions perfect for families. One place that animal lovers must visit is the Eco Reserva Ojen Park, which has beautiful scenery and wild roe deer and goats which are used to people and even allow themselves to be petted by children!
If you choose to visit Villa Dehe in early June, you will be able to participate in San Bernabé Day. The holiday is dedicated to the patron saint of the city of Marbella and lasts for a whole week, with fairs, rides, and open-air concerts for the whole family to enjoy.

| End of stay cleaning included? | Extra €350, paid to OT prior to arrival. However, guests are required to leave the accomodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning , laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal will be charged against the security deposit. |
