Situated on the hillside just moments from Marbella’s famed Golden Mile, this spectacular villa enjoys a secluded position with wonderful views over the mountain and sea.

Set off a residential street, a grand gateway gives way to the private driveway leading up to the villa, where you will find sufficient parking for all the guests. Surrounded by beautiful gardens with planted flower beds, olive trees and leafy palms, the modern villa enjoys a private setting inviting you to wander the grounds and relax beside the pool entirely undisturbed.

Whilst newly built, Villa Andevalo has a traditional Andalucían appearance, with an attractive whitewashed facade and a typical terracotta tiled roof. Lying low in the landscape, the main house features a variety of living spaces that give way to a large terrace to the rear, offering plenty of space for guests to spread out and spend time at their leisure.

On the ground floor, an impressive living room features a sunken central space with designer lighting and ample seating. Double doors open to the rear terrace, blending indoor-outdoor living and drawing in natural light. Large open fireplaces at both ends have detailed timber panelling and wood burners, perfect for cooler months.

There is a formal dining room and a separate lounge area, while the kitchen stretches out with a beautiful tiled floor and large island counter. Fully equipped with top-quality appliances, there is plenty of space for meal preparation, and the kitchen table is a great spot for breakfast. Several openings lead out to the patio, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or leisurely lunches with views of the landscape.

A shaded terrace extends along the back of the house, with large arched openings overlooking the garden and pool. Various seating areas encourage guests to find a quiet spot to read or socialise with a glass of wine. Stepping down to the manicured lawn, a brick pathway leads to the pool, surrounded by loungers and umbrellas. A charming outbuilding with a seating area and fire pit offers a great place to spend summer evenings.

The main house has four bedrooms with king-sized beds and stylish furnishings, and the bathrooms feature spacious showers and free-standing baths. A lower-level entertainment area boasts patterned flooring and a bar, while a cinema room and games area provide hours of fun. A spa and gym ensure a balanced, wholesome stay.

A separate guest house, with six bedrooms and bathrooms across two levels, offers additional privacy. It includes a charming terrace and lounge area, perfect for guests seeking independence.

With its beautiful outdoor space, pool and impressive entertainment area, Villa Andevalo is a wonderful place to spend a break with family and friends. Kids can spend time outside playing on the grassy lawns, challenging each other to a game of tennis or spending long summer days swimming in the pool without disturbing the rest of the guests. The lower ground floor offers hours of amusement, with an impressive bowling alley and games console to enjoy on rainy days, or gather together in the luxurious cinema room and enjoy a movie for all the family.

Spending the day at the beach is easy, with the coast less than 10 minutes by car. Situated beside Puerto Banus marina, Playa de Levanta offers a short stretch of beach with calm, shallow waters making it a popular spot for families or head south to San Pedro de Alcántara, where the blue flag beach features a long section of golden sand, perfect for playing along the shore or building sandcastles. Hugging the back of the beach, the famous San Pedro Boulevard park is a haven for young children, boasting six playgrounds with colourful slides and climbing frames to suit all ages.

A regular ferry runs from Puerto Banus marina to Marbella, and kids will love the boat trip. Disembark to explore the vibrant city or enjoy a few hours on the water and see the coastline from a new perspective. Many beaches offer various activities and water sports to try out, or just a short drive away, the Cableski & Wake Board Center is great for learning in a more gentle environment. It is possible to take a lesson or test out your skills in the play park, or for those after a slower pace, you can hire a SUP and paddle around the lake. There is also a restaurant on site where you can sit in the shade and enjoy a well-earned lunch.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €20,000 paid via bank transfer to the property manager before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm. For an early check in, there will be an extra cost of €400. Check in after 9 pm will also incur a fee of €400.
Departure time 11 am. For a late check out, there will be an extra cost of €400.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations upon request.
Changeover day Flexible.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €4,235 (including VAT), payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €200 per pet per day will apply (paid to OT prior to travel).
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Pool heating included in the rental price. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Tax A 10% Service Charge is included in the final rental price.
Other Ts and Cs A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).
