Sitting within an extensive private plot, Palace by the Sea enjoys a secluded setting with immaculate grounds stretching to the seashore. Constructed in the traditional Moorish style, the imposing villa is an architectural masterpiece, with a typical whitewashed facade and shimmering emerald roof tiles that harmonise with the lush, landscaped surroundings.
A cobbled entrance courtyard dotted with manicured trees and shrubs creates an impressive welcome, whilst a beautiful Moorish front door sets the scene for what's to come. Stepping inside, guests will be captured by the unique beauty, with sweeping interior rooms flooded with natural light and towering ceilings that create a sense of grandeur. All the rooms have been exquisitely furnished, with lavish decor that marries luxury with tradition. A central living room has ample space for everyone, with a series of arched openings that frame views out to the garden. Curated objects and artworks add to the charm and character, and guests choose from several seating areas to relax over conversation or be entertained by the gentle sound of the piano. Looking over an interior courtyard, a neighbouring room features a generous dining table with room to seat 18, perfect for celebrating an occasion and sharing entertaining meals.
Arranged between the main house and guest house, there are 15 bedrooms in total and five additional staff rooms in a separate service quarter. Each room is beautifully presented, with large, comfortable beds and opulent furnishings that ensure a truly luxurious experience. Several of the rooms look out onto the Sea, whilst others have an outlook over the flourishing garden.
On the ground floor of the main house, a wellness area features a gym and sauna, whilst an impressive home cinema room is perfect for evening entertainment. There is also a well-stocked wine cellar waiting to be enjoyed.
Large openings offer a unique perspective from each room whilst giving multiple access points to the grounds. A series of charming terraces invite guests to sit together, or why not escape for a moment of solitude and wander between vibrant planting and verdant lawns, capturing glimpses out to the clear blue sea? Various water and sports activities can be arranged, or you can head out on a boat to enjoy the picturesque coastline from a different perspective.
Marbella has plenty to enjoy, with its animated town brimming with arts and culture. There is no in-house catering, clients may choose any caterers they would like.
Wedding Packages
The venue wants you to enjoy the wedding of your dreams but they do not actually put packages together. They want you to use the suppliers and caterers that will suit your needs.
Where to Stay
The villa enjoys 15 guest bedrooms and 5 staff bedrooms. There is excellent accommodation for the rest of the guests nearby.
Venue Accessibility
There is complimentary parking on-site. The venue is not easily accessed via public transportation. Guests may have to share rides or use taxis. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible.
Venue Back-Up
Though weddings and celebrations are held outside, there is interior space. Tents can be set up outside in case of bad weather.
Wedding Suppliers
You are free to use whatever suppliers you wish for your wedding.
Flexibility on Duration
There is a one week minimum stay.
Children
Children are welcome though there are no supervised childcare arrangements.
Security Measures
The venue has surveillance cameras to monitor the premises.
Noise Restrictions
Noise should be minimised after a certain hour to respect neighbours. There is a midnight curfew on loud music.

Catholic weddings in Spain are valid under Spanish law and recognised throughout Europe and the USA. Catholic marriages require six months notice to meet all documentary requirements. Other religious ceremonies such as Jewish weddings, are not considered valid unless a civil registry is signed in your country of residence. You will be given details of the local civil registry as marriages must be registered within one week of the ceremony to be valid in Spain. Documents for any marriage or civil ceremony not written in Spanish will need to be accompanied by sworn translations stamped with the Hague Apostille service which exists to simplify the legalisation of documents in your home country for international use.
Please note that any event rental may be subject to additional charges, venue hire fees and to a higher security deposit, which will be in addition to any published rental rates and fees.
All events are on request only and subject to prior agreement from the owner, who reserves the right to refuse all events without their prior authorisation.
