Stepping inside the elegant villa, guests will be greeted by an inviting open-plan layout that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The modern design and abundant natural light create a bright and airy ambience, ensuring that every moment spent here is filled with warmth and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals throughout your stay, whilst a utility room features a washer/dryer and an extra fridge/freezer to add an extra touch of practicality to your stay.

Four spacious bedrooms on the upper level, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a comfortable and tranquil experience. The main bedroom is a sanctuary with its en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort. The two guest rooms share a well-appointed bathroom designed to cater to your needs, whilst an additional bathroom can be found downstairs for added convenience.

Venture outdoors, and a vast wrap-around terrace beckons you to embrace the sun's warm embrace or make the most of the warm evenings dining al fresco and cooking a feast on the BBQ. Upstairs, two smaller terraces provide partial sea views, making your moments of relaxation even more special, and you can sit with a book or recline in the sun and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Guests can also unwind and enjoy a refreshing swim, with access a lovely communal pool and garden area adorned with swaying palm trees.

Security deposit €1500 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 3 - 7 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €1500, paid to OT with the balance. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 5 nights. All other durations upon request.
