Villa Puerco is an ultra-luxury six-bedroom, six-bathroom villa located in one of Europe's most sought-after residential estates, La Zagaleta. This villa has panoramic sea views, and the luxury estate has 24-hour security and first-class services and facilities, including a helipad, two eighteen-hole golf courses and a clubhouse with a restaurant and equestrian centre.
If you're looking for a brand new Mediterranean contemporary-style villa created with no expense spared, then look no further. This cutting-edge villa boasts luxury, privacy and style, with million-dollar views of the Costa del Sol, the Mediterranean sea, and northern Africa. From the moment you arrive at the villa, you'll see exactly why we've listed it as ultra-luxury. This spectacular mansion has sea views as soon as you walk through the entranceway, and plush decor is found in every room. The ground floor features a fully-fitted modern kitchen with marble countertops and designer fittings. Guests can enjoy their meals at the breakfast area or the dining room or make their way to the outdoor seating area to dine al fresco. A secondary kitchen is downstairs, along with the laundry area and a separate entrance for the staff accommodation. Those that like to add extra touches of luxury to their stay will be delighted to find they can hire a chef and a butler.
Taking a stroll across the villa brings you to a living room with a fireplace, perfect for cosying up on cooler Spanish nights! The room leads to a covered patio area which overlooks the pool and garden. There's also an en-suite guest bedroom with a king-size bed, dressing area and an office complete with its own fireplace.
Making your way upstairs, you'll find four more en-suite bedrooms, each with its own sea view. The bedrooms have been tastefully decorated in keeping with the rest of the property, and the main bedroom features a private lounge and a dressing room. The lower ground floor has a gym, an excellent cinema room, and staff accommodation available on request. The villa comes with a large pool complete with sun loungers where guests love to spend hours topping up their tans. Location
About the surrounding area of Villa PuercoVilla Puerco is a thirty-minute drive from Marbella. Surrounded by the Sierra Blanca mountains, the vibrant coastal town has something to suit everyone, not just the jet-set crowd. The old town is immaculately maintained and characterised by mazes of narrow lanes with colourful houses, flower boxes and draped in stunning bougainvillaea. You can see why the beaches continue to be such a draw for tourists year after year.
A twenty-minute drive from the villa is the luxury marina complex of Puerto Banus. Sandwiched between the mountains and the sea, the marina is the perfect place to see and be seen, snap those all-important selfies, and indulge in the best fine dining Andalusia has to offer. The glamourous town is rich in high-end shopping malls, restaurants and bars. Shop 'til you drop at the luxury boutiques that line the streets then hit the waterfront to eat, drink and be entertained.
Nearby is San Pedro de Alcantara, a buzzing town which is full of history and popular with day-trippers. The town has retained its authentic Spanish charm over the years and remains relatively untouched by the surrounding developments. Spend a day exploring the narrow streets of the old town and visiting the small shops, cafes and bars that line them. Take a stroll along the palm tree-lined promenade before you settle into a restaurant for tapas and wine and bask in the warm Spanish air.

Best Suited For: All AgesWith its sunny climate and pleasant coastline, the Costa del Sol provides year-round fun for all the family. 150 kilometres of coastline spans the region offering an abundance of warm, calm and transparent Mediterranean waters.
About a thirty-minute drive along the coast takes you to Aventura Amazonia. Kids can spend the day literally swinging from the tree tops with its rope bridges, zip wires, tree climbing and swing bridges. Aventura Amazonia offers 83 challenges in the trees for those over seven years old and a total of twenty zip lines. Younger kids aged 4-7 have the option to use a mini-course, and with all that climbing and clambering, they're sure to be tired out by the end of the session. Thirty minutes in the other direction will take you to Mundo Mania. It has indoor and outdoor facilities of pure fun in the form of a water park, trampolines, pool tables, multi-sports pitches and Costa del Sol's biggest soft play area.
Speaking of parks, water and theme parks are king in the Costa del Sol! Aqualand is a fifty-minute drive away and has something for all ages. There's a dedicated area for toddlers and non-swimmers, and for those who want to get the adrenaline pumping, there are eighteen slides plus a number of rides with thrill-inducing names like Rapids, Boomerang, Kamikaze and Black Hole. There's also Costa Water Park, an inflatable assault course in the sea at several locations along the coast. For those who prefer to stay dry, there's Bioparc with gorillas, crocodiles, lemurs, giant tortoises, hippopotamus and tigers.
Closer to the coast, you'll find guided segways tours which cater to the smaller members of the party, as well as jet boating tours offering high-speed adrenaline-fuelled trips for kids with 360-degree turns at every opportunity.
