Newly completed, Villa Sandiego spans three levels, promising a luxurious and modern experience that will make your vacation unforgettable. Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and brightly lit living and dining area adorned with modern furnishings and an inviting open-hearth fireplace. Comfortable and stylish, the space is perfect for relaxing, sharing a delicious meal at the dining table or catching up on your favourite shows with digital TV. An open kitchen is filled with natural light, which pours through the large windows, and quality equipment and appliances invite you to prepare meals throughout your stay. Sliding doors lead you to a cosy patio with a pergola and an adjacent barbecue area where you can savour grilled delights and make the most of the warm evenings.

The beautifully landscaped garden and terrace feature an inviting swimming pool, creating a contemporary oasis. Whether you are soaking up the sun on comfortable loungers or taking a dip in the heated jacuzzi, you'll appreciate the attention to detail in every corner. In the evenings, unwind in the sunken sofa area by the pool or cosy by the outdoor fireplace. The BBQ area and hanging chairs add a touch of luxury to your al fresco dining experience, while the Sonos speaker sets the mood with your favourite tunes.

There are five bedrooms in total, two on the lower floor and three upstairs, each featuring a double bed and private terrace. You can enjoy panoramic views from these elevated vantage points, whether sipping your morning coffee, reading a book on the deck chairs, or simply taking in the stunning natural beauty.

Less than 2km from the coast, Villa Sandiego is perfectly placed for exploring Andalusia’s golden beaches. Security deposit €600 paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights during peak season. 4 nights during all other times.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season. Flexible all other times.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
