A remarkable and awe-inspiring villa located in the beautiful region of Costa Brava, Casa Cala is perfect for large groups who are looking to indulge in a truly luxurious holiday experience. The exterior of this property is utterly marvellous, sporting a tremendous swimming pool that resides in the centre of the grounds. Guests can use this facility whenever they please, using it to cool off after a busy day of exploring the local sights. Moreover, this property contains several outdoor terraces, giving guests the prime opportunity to enjoy an array of al fresco dining experiences as they watch the quaint fishing boats move along the nearby shore. But the real star of the show is the direct access to the beach that guests are afforded with their stay in Casa Cala. It's truly incredible!
 
The interior of this property is highly decadent, allowing guests to revel in a range of ornate decor. The living room is extensive, showcasing a pair of plump grey sofas that have been decorated with a collection of patterned scatter cushions. As a result, guests can use this space to rest and recharge and enjoy some quality time together as a group. The dining area is also very attractive, as seen by the sturdy and broad table and collection of high-backed leather chairs. Guests are free to enjoy their daily meals as they immerse themselves in this deeply communal environment. The kitchen in this property showcases a more modern theme, creating a sense of contrast throughout the entire property. The sleek surfaces and appliances also help to add a touch of brightness to this truly marvellous home. Guests enter through the first floor, and this floor is home to a single bedroom, making it ideal for a guest who prefers to be detached from the rest of the group or for staff.
 
Travelling upstairs, this is where you'll find five extraordinary bedrooms. The first three bedrooms on this floor include a spacious double bed, helping guests to maintain a deeply tranquil and restful night's sleep throughout the duration of their trip. The fourth bedroom also presents a single bed, making it perfect for a child who enjoys sleeping independently. The fifth bedroom is home to a pair of single beds, which is suitable for small children or for a couple who prefers to sleep apart.

Guests will absolutely adore the lavishly Mediterranean village of Tamariu, which is less than a 5-minute walk from Casa Cala. The highlight of this village is the stunning cove and beach, where travellers and residents often relax and soak up the Spanish sun. This is also a great location to try out some kayaking or scuba diving in the blue waters or even go for an exciting boat trip. The beach is also surrounded by several delicious restaurants, many with outdoor seating, which is perfect if guests don't feel like cooking from home!

For a bit more of the regional culture, The Dali Theatre and Museum is a truly iconic establishment that helps to accentuate the tremendous life and works of Salvador Dali. This museum was once an ornate theatre as well as Dali's personal home, meaning that guests can meander throughout the exhibition rooms and gain a more personal view of the inner workings of a true genius. As a result, this is the perfect attraction for any lover of the European Surrealist art scene. Guests can even travel down to the lower level of the theatre and discover the eerie crypt where Dali's body is held. The Dali Theatre and Museum is situated in Figueres and welcomes guests every day from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm.
 
The city of Girona is another must-see within this region of Spain! Filled with history and striking architecture, it is excellent for a day out. The Eiffel Bridge is a deeply significant monument and can be found within the city, near its striking cathedral. As you can imagine, this bridge is constructed with the same materials as the Eiffel Tower in Paris. However, the bridge actually predates that landmark, making it a true piece of history within the region. Guests are encouraged to travel across this expansive bridge, marvelling at the river and colourful houses that surround it. Thus, this is a great attraction to visit for those who wish to observe the highlights of this impressive region from an entirely new perspective.

Kids will love the soft sands and clear waters of Tamariu beach and the surrounding waters. There's the chance to do a kayak tour of the surrounding coves with a local company, and they also provide snorkels! For beaches with shallow waters, amenities and easy accessibility, you'll be spoiled for choice! A thirty-minute drive away is Sant Pol. It starts up a supervised kids' club in the summer and provides workshops, games and entertainment.

Costa Brava also appeases the needs of young children, helping to accommodate and entertain their growing minds. If you are travelling with very artistic children, a pottery workshop is a real treat. The Terracotta Museum of La Bisbal provides guests with an in-depth tour of its mesmerising grounds as well as a unique workshop. Thus, guests can uncover the nuances of this archaic art form and learn how to replicate the items for themselves. The workshop teaches guests how to craft a cup, which is then heated in a very hot oven. As such, it will be strong enough to survive the journey back home. In turn, this is an amazing way to produce a personal souvenir that will remind you of your wonderful trip. The Terracotta Museum of La Bisbal is situated around 25 minutes away from Casa Cala.

El Cellar de Can Roca is a pioneering dessert restaurant that has been awarded the title of Best Restaurant in the World twice. This establishment is owned by the acclaimed Roca brothers, all of which gained a lot of experience in their father's kitchen. This is a perfect restaurant for children as it hosts an abundance of moreish desserts, such as a unique ice cream sandwich served in a freshly baked bun and topped with fresh raspberries and strawberries. There is also an unusual range of ice lollies on offer, such as the one that is shaped like a nose. El Cellar de Can Roca is based within Girona and is a perfect way to finish a day of exploring the city!

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1,000 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price. Guests can request extra linen and towles, at an extra cost of:
- Set of sheets: €8 per person + 21% VAT
- Set of towels: €4 per person + 21% VAT
Pool towels included? Not available.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. Please note that for stays less than 1 week, there will be a mandatory €100 supplement to pay via a link directly to the property manager. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights during peak season. 3 nights during other periods.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.

Tax Catalonia Tourist Tax of €1 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior to arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs Guests are asked to please be mindful of their noise levels in the property and respectful towards neighbours.
Other Ts and Cs Please be aware that guests will receive a link from Oliver's Travels 2 weeks before arrival to pay the security deposit and tourist tax and to supply guest details. Once completed, guests will then be provided with directions, arrival information, and the property manager's details. Please advise us if you do not receive this link.
