Villa Morada unfolds over two floors, with the ground floor seamlessly connecting to the garden and pool area. The kitchen opens up to a splendid terrace, providing an alfresco dining experience. A reading room with direct terrace access and a convenient courtesy toilet complete this level.

The right wing of the house features a living room with a television and a bright living area with large windows, offering direct access to the terrace and garden. A double room connects to a multifunctional games room, equipped with a pool table and an additional double bed. A bathroom with a shower and bathtub complements these rooms, both with direct garden access.

The upper floor hosts four beautifully appointed rooms. The main suite, complete with a living room, TV, fireplace, and a spacious private bathroom, opens onto a fantastic terrace overlooking the pool area. Three additional rooms, each with its own bathroom, offer versatile accommodation options.

Surrounded by a sprawling garden, the farmhouse features a stone terrace and a lush lawn surrounding the inviting pool. A delightful chill-out area, equipped with a summer kitchen and barbecue, provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals and leisure. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1000 paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €100 for stays less than a week, to be paid on locally. Included for week long stays. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights during peak season.
Changeover day Friday during peak season. Flexible all other times.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Not available.
Tax Tourist Tax of €1 per person per night for over 16's (for a maximum of 7 nights) is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally in cash on arrival.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs Cot and high chair available on request for an extra cost of €40 per item per week.
