Villa Bandina is a lovely modern villa nestled in the hills of Serra Brava, just a short drive from Cala Canyelles. The villa has gorgeous sea views from its terraces and enjoys the luxury of a private pool. With three bedrooms for up to six guests, it is the ideal place for friends or families looking to explore the Costa Brava.
The villa’s interior is modern, with bold feature walls matched against lightly coloured furnishings. Natural light floods the room, making it a lovely home to relax in. The ground floor is home to the majority of the villa’s spaces. The living room enjoys access to the terrace where the sea view can be appreciated from the two soft sofas. A large feature fireplace provides plenty of comfort for the cooler months, and television allows you to enjoy an old favourite as you relax and unwind. This open plan room also features the dining area where you can enjoy meals throughout the day away from the hot sun outside. The well-equipped kitchen is a joy to use, with plenty of space and all the modern amenities; cooking could not be easier!
The villa contains three comfortable bedrooms for guests to choose from, one with two single beds and two with double beds. This twin single bedroom enjoys plenty of storage space for those with heavy suitcases and ample light from the windows. There are also two showers for guests to enjoy. The remaining two bedrooms are on the ground floor and are both double bedrooms with access to the terrace, allowing you to make the most of the great weather as you amble in and out of the sunshine.
Outside, the villa has plenty of terrace and patio space for enjoying the sunshine, with a barbecue next to the outdoor dining area. Delicious barbecues make cooking a real joy, particularly popular with families as you can even get the kids involved! The garden is elevated behind the house, stretching up to the private pool. The pool area is very private and includes a small lawn area with sun loungers, ideal for those looking to catch a tan before heading home!

About the surrounding area of Villa BandinaVilla Bandina is located in the quiet residential area of Serra Brava; this tranquil setting is home to fantastic views of the surrounding mountains descending into the sea. Being in the hills above Cala Canyelles you can enjoy watching the town below as people go about their daily business in this wonderful part of the coast. The villa is within walking distance of a shop and restaurant, but for a wider selection, you can head to the nearby Cala Canyelles or the bustling town of Lloret de Mar.
Cala Canyelles is just a short drive away and is home to a popular beach in the region. Its coarse white sand and turquoise waters attract locals and tourists to its shores for a good reason. The beach is a fantastic place to spend the day, with ample facilities making the say easy as well as beach bars where you can enjoy a cold drink there is much to appreciate. The beach bars are renowned for their authentic Spanish cooking, with paella being a popular choice. The beach is also home to a range of water sports activities, here you can try out water skiing or kayaking in the Mediterranean’s calm waters.
The nearby town of Lloret de Mar is an excellent place to explore for those looking to enjoy its lively nightlife and young crowds. Known for its fantastic clubs and bars, Lloret de Mar has become very popular for those looking to dance the night away. With plenty of taxi’s available getting home at night is simple and safe. Lloret de Mar also hosts a series of summer festivities, these different celebrations provide a wonderful buzz to the streets and offer great entertainment for all ages. With the town putting on live concerts in the public squares, as well as ticket events for well-known artists, it is well worth looking ahead to see If tickets are still available!
For a taste of the regions dramatic landscape, join a walking tour of the coast. With well-trodden paths along the coast, these walking groups are becoming increasingly popular as they lead you to breathtaking views of the rugged coast. It is also a great way to meet other holidaymakers in the area to share the experience with! The tourist’s office will b able to help you organise one of these tours, so be sure to pay them a visit.

Best Suited For: All AgesFamilies are sure to love staying at Villa Bandina; it has plenty of offer those travelling with young and older children. The villa’s facilities are great for messy kids, with a washing machine and dishwasher available to make life a little easier. Outside, the villas large garden area is great for kids to explore, with plenty of hiding places for a game of hide and seek. The private pool is the real focal point for fun; the pool is plenty large enough for kids to enjoy playing in. Enjoy watching them race up and down as they laugh and play in the cool water. With sunbeds around the pool, older children can relax in the sun and get stuck into a good book, enjoying the peace and calm of the area.
Restaurants throughout the area cater extremely well to children, with families often visiting the Costa Brava, children are very welcome. Highchairs and children’s menus are commonplace, with some restaurants also offering earlier opening hours, so the kids don’t have to stay up too late.
The beach at Canyelles is ideally suited for families to stay the day, with lots of facilities and soft sand to enjoy, the kids are sure to have a great time. The beach has been certified with ‘Blue Flag’ status and has on-duty lifeguards throughout the summer, so you can rest assured that the kids will be safe. There is also a range of water sports available; even the little ones can take part with boat rides and other gentler activities.
A trip to Costa Brava would not be complete without a visit to Water World. The regions famous water park is an incredibly popular destination for families holidaying in the area. The park has an excellent range of rides that cater to all different ages, so the whole family is sure to have a blast. Leave the older children to explore the fast slides, whilst you take the little ones on the lazy river and through the shallow pools. With a large shaded picnic area, you can even bring your own lunch to enjoy!

| End of stay cleaning included? | Extra €85, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. |
