Enjoying the most privileged hilltop position, this stunning three-bedroom villa offers glorious sea-views, an indulgent private pool and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the charming centre of Moraira town.
The entire villa is designed to maximise the enjoyment of its beautiful views. The large windows allow the warmth and light of the outdoors to flood throughout the villa, bringing with it the life and energy of the world beyond. Arriving at the villa by car there are two spaces exclusively for your use, and the entire house is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.

Stepping inside, you are welcomed by an incredibly spacious and airy open plan living/dining area. The windows wrap around the entire space to provide panoramic views to the horizon. The large dining table provides space for up to eight, and the comfortable relaxation area, with a TV/DVD player, is ideal for the whole group to relax, while still gazing out over the deep blue of the Mediterranean and the infamous Peñon de Ifach. Alongside the living area, there is a fabulous, fully-equipped modern kitchen, with all the latest mod cons.

Also on this floor are the three double bedrooms, all of which have direct access to a glorious terrace. Two rooms share two bathrooms between them, one with a bath and one with a shower, while the third enjoys an en-suite shower room. The large doors and windows within the rooms invite the warmth and light of the glorious Spanish days into the rooms, creating a perfectly open space within. Each of the three bathrooms is as bright, modern and well-equipped as the rest of the house, with lovely white tiling.

And finally, the jewel in the crown of this delightful hilltop villa, step through any of the multitudes of terrace doors onto the vast garden area. Adorned with palm trees, the terrace offers the perfect location to appreciate the fine weather of the Costa Blanca! The private pool, 8x4 metres, sits surrounded by sun loungers, plants and other furniture, allowing you to find your perfect spot to soak up the sun and take in the view of the entirety of Moraira, all the way out to Calp! And with a portable barbecue included for your pleasure, you might never find a need to step back inside at all! The glass fence ensures your view remains perfect even when you’re laid back tanning.

And all that you can see is of course just a short walk or drive away, so for both the views and the proximity to a bustling, charming and exciting coastal town, this is truly the ideal spot for your Spanish getaway!

Nestled between Xàbia and Calp on the fabulous Costa Blanca of Spain, Moraira is a beautiful coastal town with traditional Spanish charm oozing through its cobbled streets and market squares.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €400 for families and groups up to 4, payable to the owner upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. For groups larger than 4, under the age of 35, the amount will be €150/person.
Arrival time 4-7 pm. Please inform the property managers if you will be arriving later.
Departure time 10 am. Please be aware that for every hour that guests stay later than this departure time, a charge of €100/hour will be taken from the security deposit.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price and a new set is available weekly (must be picked up from the property manager's office).
Pool towels included? Not available.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet acccess included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 5 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €6 per pet per day will apply (paid locally).
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Not available.
Tax Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs Guests are asked to please be mindful of noise levels when in the villa, as it is located in a residential area.
Other 2 Optional charges available in this villa include:
- Additional person: €12/day
- Cot: €4/day
- Highchair: €4/day
Other 3 Please be aware that the pool cleaner and gardener will enter the outdoor area of the property unannounced for the maintenance and cleaning of the pool and gardening once or twice a week.
