This delightful 2-storey villa in the mountainous Montgó district of Jávea enjoys spectacular views from its elevated position. The landscape can be fully appreciated from the magnificent sun terrace which bookends an 11x5m pool.

Mas Bien makes the most of its rocky backdrop with a number of appealing outdoor areas perfect for dining or simply relaxing. In addition to the poolside spaces with plenty of sun loungers, there are terraces on both floors. The covered dining area on the lower floor gives you a little shade while you enjoy a glass of wine or something from the barbecue, while the upper level offers more seating and a great vantage point for panoramic views of the countryside.

The interior of Mas Bien has been furnished with good taste, feeling both contemporary and homely. The large living and dining room features a Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV and DVD, has electric shutters and direct access to the terrace. An open kitchen adjoins the dining space and comes equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher and more.

You have two bedrooms on the lower floor, while upstairs a pair of en suite double bedrooms with wooden-beamed ceilings can be found. The rooms are fully air-conditioned and there is underfloor heating, ensuring you will always be comfortable.

The villa lies in a quiet residential district, with its own private garden. The house is around 9km from the sandy beach, Arenal, and only 1.5km from the nearest restaurant and supermarket.

Jávea is a pretty coastal town which rewards exploration. You may like to spend some time down at the marina or enjoying one of its many pavement cafés. Fishing remains an important part of life in Jávea, so there is always some fine, fresh seafood to try when dining out. The reliably fine weather also makes it a great place for some sporting activity or simply a stroll around town to admire the appealing architecture.
