Situated on the outskirts of Busot, this impressive boutique villa invites you to make the most of the long summer days, exploring the Valencian coastline and enjoying a fun and relaxing break with family and friends.
Sitting within a quiet, residential neighbourhood, Boutique Alicante is surrounded by leafy plants and olive trees that enclose the garden to create a tranquil, secluded setting. Arranged over several levels, the rooms are well-designed, with thoughtful decor and comfortable furniture offering a warm welcome. The main living room is on the lower level, where several sofas and a charming fireplace offer a cosy place to sit. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped, with quality appliances and a spacious central island counter where you can prepare meals throughout your stay. A dining table inside has ample room for all, whilst outside, a lovely patio area is perfect for taking advantage of the warm evenings and sharing entertaining nights beneath the stars.
There are five bedrooms, each carefully presented with comfortable beds and cosy furnishings. There are also five bathrooms, ensuring plenty of room for everyone. A further living room also makes the perfect entertainment suite, with a pool table, large sofa and impressive 85” inch screen ideal for retreating in the evenings to enjoy a night in with a movie.
Outside, a wonderful garden stretches to the property border, where neat hedging and lush plants offer a natural sense of privacy. A terrace wraps around the large private pool, inviting you to take a refreshing swim before unwinding on one of the sun loungers nearby. There is also an outdoor shower for added convenience.
What you should know…
- The pool is unfenced, so young children should be supervised at all times
- The terrace which leads from the living room has two small gates which can be locked ( this is great for young families as this means that small children cannot get down to the pool area unless the gates are unlocked)
- Whilst nearby amenities are within walking distance, a car is recommended to explore the surrounding area, and there is free parking on the premises
- The villa features air conditioning, ensuring that guests can find a comfortable temperature even on the hottest summer nights

About the surrounding area of Boutique AlicanteEnjoying a quiet setting, Boutique Alicante is just a short walk from the charming village of Busot, where you can find a variety of local amenities, or hop in the car and head to the coast to discover the golden beaches and animated seafront towns.
Just a 10-minute drive away, El Campello boasts an animated seafront with a long sandy beach and calm, blue waters. Wander along the shoreline, dip in the sea, or head to the port and enjoy a delicious plate of fresh seafood at one of the local restaurants. The neighbouring Playa de Mutxavista sprawls along the coast, with a palm-lined promenade tucked to the rear of the sand. From here, you can walk for several kilometres before joining a path leading out to the Cap de l’Horta lighthouse, where you will be rewarded with magnificent views stretching to the north and south.
Alicante can be reached in less than 30 minutes, where the lively town has something for everyone. Stroll through the Parque de la Ereta and stop by the Santa Bárbara Castle to admire the 19th-century construction built over what was once an ancient Arabic fortress. The castle occupies a strategic viewpoint atop a hill, with a beautiful panorama out over the coastline, and a cafe awaits with a refreshing drink. Back in the town, Alicante’s tiled esplanade invites you to stroll, join the locals for their evening paseo, or stop off at the popular Kiosko Peret to enjoy a delicious ice cream. Alicante’s old town is a maze of winding streets, with steep staircases and colourful houses, and you can get lost amongst the narrow lanes or head to the Mercado Central. Discover rows of vibrant stalls stocked with fresh produce to buy whilst several counter bars invite you to sample regional delicacies or share a few plates of tasty tapas.
Like the rest of the coast, Alicante has several glorious beaches where you can spend a relaxing day. Playa del Postiguet boasts a lovely stretch of pristine white sand, or just outside the city, the rocky inlets of Cabo de la Cuerta offer a more secluded setting, perfect to enjoy a picnic on one of the flat rocks and share a more intimate evening watching the sunset.

The bright and airy interior creates an instant welcome, and comfortable furniture and decor invite you to feel immediately at home. Five bedrooms offer plenty of room for everyone, while the shared living spaces are perfect for relaxing days. Sit out on the terrace to share a delicious meal, or head to the home cinema to curl up in front of a family classic. Kids will also love the garden, and they can run around between the trees or enjoy long afternoons splashing around in the pool whilst parents look on from a nearby lounger. The terrace which leads from the living room has two small gates which can be locked ( great for young families as this means that small children cannot get down to the pool area unless the gates are unlocked)
With the coast just 20 minutes by car, it is easy to spend the day beside the sea, and there are plenty of glorious golden beaches to choose from. El Campello is the closest, where you can stroll along the water's edge or paddle in the clear blue sea, and there are several ‘chiringuitos’ that make the perfect place for a midday snack. Alicante’s Playa del Postiguet is another popular spot, or head into the city to explore the town’s vibrant culture. The Alicante tram runs along the coastline, and kids will love to ride beside the sea and look out at the view. Santa Barbara Castle is great for those keen on history, and you can be rewarded with a spectacular view or head down to the esplanade, where you can discover a handful of excellent ice cream kiosks.

Really do?
Obviously go to the beach, paddle board (we will leave a paddle board for clients to use for Canelobre Caves), visit Alicante City, day trip to Tabarca Island (30 mins on ferry from Alicante or El Campello, mountain walks, mountain biking is excellent around here with miles and miles of off road tracks, jet ski’s available nearby, surfing, San Juan beach 15kms of white sandy beach, never crowded, beach bars, local markets, join in on the various fiestas during the summer there’s literally one or 2 a week in various nearby towns in Busot there’s at least 3 or 4 thoughout the season one of the most famous is the night of the candles, literally 50,000 candles lighting up all the streets in Busot with entertainment around every corner. We will leave a full information pack and be on call to the clients for any help and suggestions.

Obviously the tapas!! Seafood here is incredible and there’s 1000’s of restaurants, bars etc too many to list. Again we’ll leave an information book with our favourites and suggestions
