In the living room, there’s two large sofas set before the 50” LCD TV with UK channels, as well as Sky Movies and Sky Sports, so you can gather on the squishy sofas for some light entertainment and relaxation! A large kitchen has all the space you could need for the whole group to get stuck into preparing some delicious meals – and making it easy and enjoyable to rustle up everything from a light snack to a banquet!

There’s a breakfast table alongside the kitchen, and a more formal, utterly beautiful dark-wood dining table in the living room, giving you total flexibility when it comes to meal-times and casual snacking!

Alongside these stunning living areas, all on the same storey and centred around the pool terrace, there is the master double room and two large twin rooms. The master is an elaborate beauty, bursting with rich mahogany décor and uber-stylish furnishings, and the two twin rooms are equally spacious and glamorous. The master is accompanied by a dazzling ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, while the twin rooms share a full family bathroom.

And finally, out on your sublime terrace, you’ll find your superb private pool! With a full wall built up around the whole terrace, you’re guaranteed privacy as you lounge in the heated pool or the vast array of beds and casual seating, ideal for sunbathing, socialising and relaxing! There’s a Bluetooth speaker in the villa so that you can listen to music whilst hanging out by the swimming pool, perfect for early evening fun! Whilst under the canopy you’ll even find a fabulous alfresco dining area, for the most glamorous meal-time location!

The villa is located on the enchanting, totally peaceful resort of Golf del Sur on the southern coastline of Tenerife with a 27-hole championship golf course, academy and driving range. It enjoys fabulous weather, luscious green scenery, palm tree-lined avenues and exceptional courses with ocean-views. It is also only 5-minutes’ walk from the sea, restaurants and bars.

Golf del Sur is an enchanting, totally peaceful resort on the southern coastline of Tenerife in a most scenic location, with wide boulevards lined with palm trees and fabulous beaches nearby. The resort is home to a 27-hole championship golf course, academy and driving range. Understandably, guests travel from all over the world to enjoy the reliably good weather, the luscious green scenery, including cacti and vivid coloured rocks, palm tree-lined avenues and exceptional courses with ocean-views.

Additionally, just down the road, the Amarilla Golf Club is a superb 18-hole championship golf course with a nine-hole pitch and putt beside the ocean. During the day you can enjoy memorable rounds of golf on this unique course, and in the evening there’s a few bars, some with a little evening entertainment. THE REGION

Tenerife is the island of a thousand experiences. There are a thousand things you can do at any time of year, thanks to the mild climate and the enormous range of activities on offer in the largest of the Canary Islands.

The lively beaches with fine, golden sand and calm waters are located in Tenerife’s main tourist hubs in the south of the island. But there are also quieter beaches, further away from the towns, dotted along the coast. There are some with dark, volcanic sand shaped into marvellous natural pools and ponds that are protected from the waves.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €400 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price. Please not air conditioning has an extra cost of €195 per week to be paid locally.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental cost. Please note that linen and towel changes/cleaning will come at an additional cost of €7 per person.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €90, paid locally in cash. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.

Smoking Allowed? Smoking and Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €175 (to be paid locally on arrival). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
