Nestled within a vast 2,000m2 garden adorned with beautiful fruit trees and a sprawling lawn area, this villa is a haven where families can run, play, and create lifelong memories.
The villa boasts generous indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring ample room for relaxation and entertainment. Children will delight in the dedicated playhouse filled with toys, providing endless hours of fun and adventure.
Accommodating up to 10 guests Villa Majanos has five bedrooms catering to various needs. The large master bedroom is a sanctuary, offering a double bed, a television, and a bathtub with captivating views. It also boasts an ensuite bathroom and a dressing room, providing privacy.
For families, there is a bedroom with a double bed that grants access to an upper attic, where you'll find a trundle bed—an ideal space for children to sleep and play. Additionally, there is a bedroom with two single beds and two double beds in the basement.
The villa has two additional bathrooms featuring showers, ensuring convenience for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen offers a range of modern appliances, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, American fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary utensils for a hassle-free stay.
Throughout the villa, you'll find air conditioning in multiple rooms, providing a comfortable environment. The living room features a television, while a spacious lounge area boasts high-quality furnishings. Several terraces provide delightful outdoor dining spaces, and a built-in barbecue invites you to savour delicious grilled meals. A dedicated chill-out room offers panoramic garden views, allowing you to unwind in style.
The highlight of Villa Majanos is its private swimming pool, which can be heated upon request to a pleasant 25-26 degrees (additional charge applies). The pool area is fully protected with shutter doors, ensuring the safety of children and enabling year-round enjoyment. The villa also offers parking spaces for up to four cars.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa MajanosGran Canaria is an island which has it all. Exquisite landscapes, beautiful beaches, entertainment when you want it, and peace and quiet when you don’t. Its irresistible mix of nature, culture and a warm welcome to visitors brings people back time and again.
The capital, Las Palmas, sits in the far north-eastern corner of the island. Among its highlights are the huge marina, Muelle Deportivo, and the beautifully designed park, Parque Doramas. Also, look out for the eye-catching Alfredo Klaus Auditorium which itself looks out on Las Canteras beach. You may even see a show or a concert there.
There is lots more of architectural interest in the town. Many of the most interesting buildings are found in the Vegueta area, including Santa Ana Cathedral. You will also find a Christopher Columbus museum and a modern art gallery in this district.
Away from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria has many more highlights. The Cueva Pintada archaeological site is a must for history lovers, while the cloud-filled views at the island’s peak near the town of Tejada are definitely worth the journey. On the southern coast, you have the sand dunes of the extensive beaches at Maspalomas, while charming spots like Puerto de las Nieves and Agaete in the north west, will simply make you feel good with their unspoilt natural beauty.
As one of Europe’s most gay-friendly destinations, Gran Canaria has no shortage of welcoming bars and clubs, while the regular carnivals and fiestas provide good fun for all. Whatever you plan on doing, you can be sure Gran Canaria has the weather for it, with the sun shining pretty much continuously all year round.

Kortom, een geweldige week in een prachtig huis.
We hebben genoten van een heerlijke week in de prachtige Villa Majanos. De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk. Omdat we heel vroeg landden, konden we zelfs al eerder gebruik maken van de woning. De villa overtrof onze verwachtingen. Prachtig gelegen, luxe en heel ruim van opzet. De communicatie met local agent verliep prettig en vlot.

I sum er alle godt fornøyd med oppholdet.
Vi har hatt en veldig fin uke i Ingenio, leiligheten var stor og fin med mange soverom. Litt smal vei inn til huset men det gikk bra. Kunne ha vært litt bedre rengjort på uteområdet, gartneren kom dagen før vi reiste!

Fantastisch huis dat zeer ruim is en voorzien van alle comfort. de ligging is ver van alle drukte en voor eilandbezoek ideaal gelegen. ideaal voor grotere groep (wij waren 7 personen). let wel je hebt veel trappen in huis, maar dit maakt het bijzonder met vele hoekjes.

Villa was heel groot , netjes en buiten toeristische gebied dus 100 % privacy. Zon geheel dag , heerlijk uitzicht naar het tuin met verschillende fruitbomen.
