If you’re looking for a stylish, spacious getaway in the country look no further than this delightful six-bed villa nestled in the hills and just a stone’s throw from local amenities. With stunning views of the Mallorcan hills, the Balearic Sea and the nearby town of S’Horta from the first-floor balcony, a luscious garden among the fruit trees of the local farms and just 5km from the coast, this property has a truly prime location.

The ground-floor comprises a fabulous open-plan living space which is flooded with natural light and a huge kitchen to cater for all your food preparation needs! With a modern twist on a traditional style, the house is full of wooden beams, window frames and fittings and is finished with only the finest furniture, both inside and out, creating a truly luxurious feel.

This utterly charming property can accommodate up to twelve people across six spacious bedrooms: two on the ground-floor, two on the first-floor (both ensuite) and a further two rooms, also both ensuite, in the annexe by the pool. Each room has direct access to the Spanish sun, with large windows and French doors inviting the warmth and fresh air in to the bright, beautiful rooms. Each bathroom is similarly bright and well-furnished, and with all towels provided you’ll need nothing more to enjoy your stay here.

Relax in the shade of the veranda, kick back by the pool or hang out on the sofa – however you choose to unwind this fabulous villa has a spot for you! And if you fancy a little adrenaline, the pool is more than big enough for a good swim and there’s even a table tennis table for a bit of friendly competitiveness. Yet if you ever tire from the indulgent life within, you’re merely a short stroll from all the local offerings and indeed less than 10 minutes from the beach itself!

THE REGION

Cala d'Or – or the 'Golden Bay' – is a popular beach area on the southeast coast of Mallorca, south of Portocolom and neighbouring the coastal town of Portopetro. In Cala d'Or you really get an all-round holiday experience with wonderful beaches, interesting excursions, well-preserved nature and varied nightlife.

Security deposit €300 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4.00 pm.

Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not available.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
