Casa Rales is a lovely three-bedroom, country-style villa situated in the beautiful Llanes region of Asturias along Spain’s northern coast. Accommodating up to six guests across two double bedrooms and one twin, this property is filled with rustic features and high-quality materials, including authentic exposed beams, wooden and tiled flooring, and a cosy fireplace.

The decor throughout is homely and neutral, featuring beautifully crafted chestnut wood furniture, sprays of exposed stonework and comfortable soft furnishings, all of which radiate warmth and cosiness for a farmhouse aesthetic and feel. Each room is spacious and light, with stone arches leading from the living area to the dining room and to the well-equipped kitchen, creating a wonderful flow of energy throughout the villa. Casa Rales is perfectly suited for relaxed, family living with spaces for resting, dining and entertaining and bursting with modern features such as a flatscreen TV, WiFi, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a washing machine.

The first-floor corridor balcony offers guests the perfect spot for enjoying a morning cuppa while looking out over the lush lawns and to the mountain views beyond. The private garden is fully enclosed for privacy and peace of mind and features a pretty terrace, comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue area that lends itself perfectly to enjoying alfresco dining with the family in stunning surroundings.

Casa Rales enjoys a rural location and is situated close to some of the best hiking routes in Asturias. Spectacular beaches such as the surfer’s paradise that is San Antolin are just 3km away, and with 28 other beaches to be explored in the area of Llanes, you’re going to be spoilt for choice when it comes to finding a sandy hideaway!

In addition to fantastic beaches, the region is known for its dramatic landscapes, excellent food, and pre-romanesque architecture, and yet Asturias is often overlooked as a holiday destination in favour of the south. However,  if you’re searching for somewhere green and pleasant, with caves and forests to explore, nature reserves, good food (especially the cheese!) - and even better cider and wine - Asturias is the place to be.

On the coast, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to enjoy watersports such as surfing, water skiing and wakeboarding, as well as scuba diving and snorkelling - but if you fancy travelling further inland, you’ll discover even more activities to enjoy. Quadbiking and canyoning are popular pastimes with tourists here, as are hiking and horse riding.

Llanes also features unique interior beaches, Cobijeru and Gulpiyuri, which are natural monuments and great picnic spots, accessible through tiny tunnels in limestone cliffs.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €180 charged to client’s credit card by the owner upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 5 pm. There is the possibility of a different arrival time, but only with prior agreement from the owner at least 3 days before arrival.
Departure time 11 am. There is the possibility of a late departure time, only during the off-peak seasons and with prior agreement from the owner.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on the local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
Minimum stay 7 nights during July, August, and beginning-September. 2-4 nights during other periods.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Tax Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
