Apartment Meilleur is a luxurious apartment located in the heart of the charming Val d'Isere ski resort. This stunning apartment can accommodate up to ten guests across four beautifully decorated bedrooms, providing ample space for all.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find its interiors to be just as charming and welcoming as its traditional Alpine facade suggests. The living area is spacious and tastefully decorated with chic furnishings, including comfortable sofas and armchairs gathered around a roaring log fire and a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and allow natural light to flood the room before opening up onto a spacious terrace featuring a state-of-the-art hot tub.

A stylish dining area sits to the rear of the home’s lounge, dressed with a gorgeous oval dining table and comfortable seating for all guests, providing a cosy and intimate setting for meals or entertainment. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances, making it the perfect place for preparing meals for family and friends.

There are four beautifully decorated bedrooms in the apartment, all with comfortable beds and ample storage space for guests' belongings. Three bedrooms feature spacious double beds and private en-suite bathrooms while the fourth was designed with kids in mind, featuring two sets of cabin-style bunk beds and access to a shared bathroom and toilet room.

The apartment also features a private ski room with a heated boot rack to ensure your equipment is kept safe and warm when not in use.

Getting to Apartment Meilleur is relatively easy, with several airports located within a few hours' drive. The closest major airports are Lyon and Geneva which are both approximately a three-hour drive from the town. Once settled in Val d'Isere, you’ll find it easy to get around town on foot or by using the local bus service to explore the wider mountain community.

Val d'Isere itself is a charming alpine village surrounded by stunning mountain scenery, well known for its excellent skiing and snowboarding conditions. With over 300km of slopes catering to skiers of all levels, Val d’Isere is beloved by newcomers and experts alike. In addition to skiing, there are plenty of other winter activities available in the area, including ice skating, sledding, and snowshoeing tours.

In the village centre, you’ll find a fantastic selection of retail opportunities, ranging from the latest ski trends to quaint local boutiques showcasing local artists and delicacies. The Resort

Val d’Isere is the oldest of the French ski resorts and a gleaming icon at the end of the valley where the residential town lies. Surrounded by what is arguably some of the most beautiful mountain landscape in the world, the chalet village is centred around a charming baroque church. It’s a lovely place for wandering, taking in the cosy atmosphere and spending quality time with your favourite people.

Val d’Isere is composed of three skiing sections. These are La Daille, Val d’Isere centre and Le Fornet, all of which are linked by a free shuttle service. Alongside Tignes, the resort is part of a wider ski area known as Espace Killy, and a lift pass will get you access to its entirety. Ski season in both resorts stretches as long as May. 

Thanks to its high altitude, Val d’Isere is probably your most snow sure option for skiing in the French Alps. The village rests at 1850 metres and its peak on top of the La Grande Motte glacier is 3456 metres high. Sixty per cent of the resort’s pistes are set above 2200 metres, meaning that the skiing is consistently good but on rare occasions, bad weather can cause the slopes to close. It’s also important to keep in mind that Val d’Isere isn’t the best choice if you’re just finding your feet on the snow, and beginners may well find themselves challenged. On the flipside, Val d’Isere is one of the top choices for experienced skiers and snowboarders, with plenty of challenging black runs (such as the iconic Face the Bellevarde, where the 1992 Olympic men’s downhill was run).

And to go with some of the most exciting and picturesque skiing in France, down in the village you’ll find some amazing bars and restaurants. What better way to celebrate conquering that tricky black run than by indulging in some equally entertaining après-ski? On the mountain itself, you can start your evening with DJ’s and live music at La Folie Douce until the lifts close and then work your way into town.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes and mid-stay cleaning also included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
