Only 230 meters from majestic slopes, it’s a haven for adventure junkies and winter sports enthusiasts.
The vibrant Renarde Road and Morel are minutes away, offering many eclectic shops, restaurants and pubs.
This inviting home radiates the storybook charm of an Alpine cabin with contemporary living. Its cosy interiors are adorned with wooden fixtures and soothing grey tones that blend perfectly with the surroundings, making you feel in harmony with nature.
Spend leisurely hours on the airy open deck, which looks as peaceful in soft daylight as it does covered in pillowy snow.
The living area is bright and comfy, with snug furnishing and ample space to unwind. Large wood-framed doors allow plenty of natural light. After an exciting day on the slopes, curl up by the crackling fireplace. Catch up on your favourite TV shows, or spend hours playing board games with loved ones.
For intimate meals, the large indoor table is ideal. If you’re travelling with toddlers, you can request high chairs to make them comfortable.
The kitchen is open-plan and roomy. It includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and device with a grill stone. A fondue maker is also available for an afternoon of family cooking.
The bedrooms are well-designed, promising a good night’s sleep. Two feature double beds, television and en-suite bathrooms. The third has a bunk bed and TV. A separate washroom is also provided.

Ski aficionados will delight on the long, uninterrupted slopes of Mont Vallon, the Plattieres, the Tougnete and the Saulire. Make the most of the high-powered, ultra-modern ski lifts for easy travel back and forth.
The property is close to colourful boutiques, gastronomical adventures, and scintillating fireworks. Take the Olympe gondola lift or the bus to the stunning Meribel Centre. Adrenaline junkies are in for a treat with exciting winter sports like snowshoeing, husky sledging and heliskiing.
Walk along La Chaudanne and check out its stores, restaurants and pubs. There are options for every budget. Grab lunch on the terrace of La Cantine d'Alvar, against a magical backdrop of Mont Vallon. Dig into authentic Indian food at Tsaretta Spice and creamy fondues at La Fromagerie.
Non-skiers can explore 25 km of picturesque hiking trails across the valley. Witness scenic villages, frozen lakes and snowy peaks. Post 3 pm every day, enjoy vibrant cabaret acts, singing performances and dancers in extravagant costumes at La Folie Douce Méribel-Courchevel.
Meribel Village is an Insta-worthy hamlet, slightly removed from Meribel Centre. A cocoon of solitude, it's perched at an altitude of 1400 metres. Its beautiful wooden and stone chalets will mesmerise you. Visit its rustic chapel and feel like you have entered the pages of history. The village square is a township with free car parking, a supermarket, a bakery, a sports shop and two restaurants. Dig into aromatic Savoyard cuisine and French gourmet at these. Listen to live music après ski at Lodge du Village.

The Resort
Méribel is a village with a true alpine heart. You won’t find blocks of hotels and purpose-built facilities here. Instead, the compact and lively town centre is picture-postcard perfect, and its atmosphere is quaint and fairytale-like. It is without a doubt the most romantic resort in the area and if you’re planning a couples holiday in the snow you’ll definitely want to take a closer look at Méribel.
At the centre of the world famous Trois Vallées (Three Valleys), Méribel makes up part of the largest ski domain in the world. Across the valleys, it has six sister resorts. You can either get a single-resort lift pass and keep to the fantastic beginner and intermediate terrain there, but you also have the option of purchasing a pass that covers the whole area.
The advanced lift system at Méribel will let you maximise your time on the snow and make sure you’re not waiting around in queues. With 67 runs to try out just in the resort itself, there is no time to be wasted. Just beware of the afternoon sun cutting things short on the west-facing slopes and prepare to get up with the sun if you’re after untouched powder. At it’s highest skiing point Méribel reaches an altitude of 2952 metres and the descent from this point is known to be one of the most scenic runs around.
Aside from the world-class skiing, Méribel is also known to be one of the liveliest resorts in the Three Valleys. Many of its residents and bar-owners (as well as plenty of its visitors) are expat-Brits who certainly know how to party. The après-ski scene here is truly top-notch!
Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesKids and adults alike are promised an incredible time. They can build snowmen, play-fight with snowballs and indulge in various activities like hiking, horse riding and cycling.
After a long day outdoors, make them comfortable in front of the TV, where they can watch cartoons for hours. Board games are sure to keep them busy. If you wish to arrange for high chairs or baby cots, the staff will be happy to help.
Blessed with a glorious location, it’s also at an easy distance from nursery slopes, magical ice-skating rinks and other kid-friendly activities. Make sure to check with staff for details about ski schools and family-friendly spots in the neighbourhood.
Meribel is ideal for family vacations, with many attractions specially designed for kids. Head to Olympic Park and have a blast on the ice-skating rink. Little ones can show off their motor skills in the bowling alley, which has a few lanes specifically meant for children over three. Enjoy hours of splashy fun in the indoor swimming pool, which includes a kids’ section.
Tuck into Cinéma du Mottaret, a cosy one-screen experience which shows children’s films every evening.
Take an exciting hot air balloon ride over snowy forests and eye-catching peaks at Courchevel Altiport, about 45 mins by car from Meribel Centre.
After all of this excitement, the little ones surely deserve treats. At Rond Point restaurant, they can enjoy the best ice cream sundaes in town. For something savoury, dip into a bowl of cheesy fondue at La Fromagerie or whip up your own using the fondue maker available inside the apartment.
