Offering stunning sea views of the twinkling turquoise sea just 1km away as well as glances across the golf course, Golf Villa IV is a wonderful home with a large garden, a private pool and four excellent bedrooms.
These glorious interiors are delightfully traditional. Wood furniture throughout, across both the bedrooms and living spaces, echoes the natural world which envelops you on this wonderful resort. In this villa an enormous kitchen will ensure space for everyone to prepare treats and meals as desired, with plenty of facilities and space across the many worktops, along with a large dining area. As you dine at this fabulous table, you’re surrounded by elegant patio doors which deliver you straight into the gorgeous garden beyond, as well as filling this superb space with tons of natural light. The vast lounge also benefits from huge garden doors which stretch the length of one of the walls, sprinkling sunlight onto the two large sofas and armchair around the TV and beside the fireplace.
When it’s time to head up for some well-earned rest, choose between four sublime bedrooms, including three twin rooms and one final, magnificent double room. This master suite features breathtaking sea views from its private first floor terrace and is a beautiful spacious room. On this first floor, there is also a sumptuous twin room which enjoys the same incredible sea views from a terrace complete with sun loungers! The remaining two rooms are on the ground floor and both have direct garden access, putting you just seconds away from the sunshine and luxurious environment of your private garden! There is one bathroom on the ground floor while the two first floor rooms each enjoy an incredible en-suite. All three are simply sublime, with delicate, traditional designs and fantastic facilities.
And finally, head out into this expansive garden, where a large pool shimmers in the sunshine! Settle into one of the many loungers surrounding it and enjoy some sunbathing, and if the heat gets a little much simply slip into this fabulous pool for a little cool off. An alfresco dining table right alongside the pool provides the most glamorous spot to enjoy some delicious meals in the fresh air – and all with views of the sea!

Occupying a prime location on the beachfront, this resort is ideally located nearby the Peniche peninsula, known for its great conditions for surfing, which is just minutes away, and is just one of the many areas of exquisite beaches and flourishing countryside that surround this resort – and yet you’re less than an hour from the vibrant city of Lisbon! Also, within just a short drive you can explore some significant historical sites, including the magnificent Óbidos medieval village, with its beautifully picturesque architecture and winding cobbled streets.
The Silver Coast of Portugal is not only a haven of natural beauty, boasting the country’s only marine nature reserve. It also offers all kinds of fun and exhilarating activities for the whole family to experience, including paintballing, go karting, mountain biking and even archery. And not only is there an incredible golf course on site, but within just 30 minutes you will find two more, promising you a fantastic variety of games during your stay!
Portugal itself is a small, fascinating country at the most Western point of mainland Europe. The capital, Lisbon, the cosmopolitan heart of the country, is known for its lively nightlife, with endless bars and clubs full of fun-loving locals and tourists alike, but also has plenty of fascinating history (check out Belém, jam-packed with monuments!) and undulating terrain, famously termed the ‘city of the seven hills’.
With a vast coastline that meets the powerful Atlantic Ocean, Portugal is a true paradise for the keen surfer, or indeed even those looking to try if for the first time, with plenty of surfing schools all along the calmer sections of the coast. Of course, it is not only the world-famous waves but also the completely pollution-free water, and the lack of deadly sharks found in warmer areas that put it so firmly on the map as the surfing Mecca of the world. And even for those less set on surfing, the beaches of Portugal are well worth a visit for their beautifully clear waters, and almost all have a bar at which you can enjoy a tipple.
Just 50 minutes from Lisbon airport, your journey to this stunning home will be quick and easy and will see you settling in comfortably within an hour of landing!

The Praia D’El Rey Golf and Beach Resort would be delighted to arrange all kinds of family-fun activities, including kitesurfing, windsurfing, canoeing, surfing, bodyboarding, stand up paddle boarding, snorkelling or diving in the turquoise seas right alongside the resort! Or else, head over to this fantastic Tennis Academy, with seven outdoor courts available year-round, and both coaching and tournaments on offer, suitable for all ages.
And if you’re travelling with youngsters, in July, August and holiday seasons, there’s also a Kids Club, including a play park and all kinds of toys, staffed by a team of entertainers running various activities and games for children aged between 3 and 12 years old.
