The Casa da Cultura is a truly iconic attraction that is also seen as a fan-favourite with tourists and locals alike. Though it was once an archaic rice barn, it is now regarded as an unconventional hub for emerging creatives and artists. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1,000 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm, late check-in after 8 pm will have a fee of €30 to be paid on arrival.

End of stay cleaning included? Not included in the rental price, extra €250 to be paid with the balance to OT. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
