Situated just a short walk away from the beach and the renowned Marias beach restaurant, Villa Garberas, enjoys a prime location. Additionally, guests have access to the fantastic amenities of Dunas Douradas, including a reception area, a Roman-style communal pool with a separate children's pool, a snack bar/restaurant, a mini market, and tennis courts (additional charges may apply). For those seeking extra indulgence, the Dunas Douradas Beach Club offers a gym, fitness classes, and a children's club (additional charges may apply).

Step into the villa and be greeted by a bright entrance hall that sets the stage for your luxurious stay. The open-plan dining and kitchen area on the right is spacious and modern, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a large American-style fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, and a filter coffee machine. A separate utility area houses a washing machine for your convenience. The dining area leads to a terrace with a brick-built charcoal BBQ and a sink, perfect for al fresco dining.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the inviting living room with a vaulted ceiling. It's a great spot to relax, furnished with three comfortable sofas, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large TV with UK channels and Sky Sports. The patio doors open to a lovely terrace overlooking the pool and garden, where you can unwind in comfortable seating. On the lower ground floor, a games room awaits with a pool table, cosy seating, and an additional TV for entertainment.

The villa offers five well-appointed bedrooms. On the first floor, two double bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, separate showers, and private terraces overlooking the pool and garden. One of these bedrooms even includes a TV. On the ground floor, two twin bedrooms with en suite shower rooms provide direct access to the garden and pool area. The fifth bedroom, located on the lower ground floor, is a twin with an ensuite shower room and ample natural light.

Outside, the villa's expansive terraces are tastefully furnished with seating areas and a large dining table for 10, all overlooking the beautiful garden and serene surroundings.
The highlight is the generous swimming pool, surrounded by paved areas and a landscaped garden, complete with quality sun loungers and comfortable outdoor seating. The villa also offers access to a shared communal garden, providing a charming shortcut to the beach.

What you should know…

  • There are bedrooms on the ground floor which is great for anyone with mobility issues
  • The bedrooms have flexibility in either being twin beds or pushed into a double bed, so let us know what you would prefer!
  • You also have access to the Dunas Douradas Beach Club where you can find a children’s pool, gym, fitness classes, tennis courts and children’s club (local charges apply)

  • There is no safety fence around the pool, so children must be supervised at all times. There is a pool fence available to rent at an additional price (See T&C's)

Security deposit £500 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of £485 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
