Villa Aves holds a fabulous location within the upmarket neighbourhood of Conchas Chinas, set in a raised position the villa enjoys beautiful ocean views which can be enjoyed from the comfort of the private infinity pool. Villa Aves is just a five-minute car journey away from lively Puerto Vallarta where a wide variety of excellent attractions and amenities can be found.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests across its five bedroom suites, each room boasts en-suite facilities making this an ideal choice for a group of friends holidaying together while a number of the rooms boast terraces with either ocean or garden views. On the ground floor is the main open-plan living accommodation with comprises of a living and dining area as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. Large sliding doors allow for direct access from the living area to the pool area, perfect for al fresco entertaining.
Outside, the large terrace makes the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing beverage while watching the sunset over the ocean. Guests staying at Villa Aves can enjoy direct access down to the sandy beach of Playa Conchas Chinas via an elevator.
What you should know…
- Those travelling with young children should ensure they take care on the staircase due to its open nature
- Small children should not be left unsupervised when in the pool due to its infinity-style, because of this there is a drop on the other side
- As customary in Mexico, guests typically leave a tip for the villa staff of between 5% and 10% of the price of the total stay
- Please note that you will need to select 10 guests should you wish to have access to all 5 bedrooms. Those selecting fewer guests will only have access to a prorated number of bedrooms based on 2 guests per room.

While Conchas Chinas is largely residential, a wide variety of shops and excellent restaurants can be found in the old town, often known as the Romantic Zone, this is one of the most popular areas of Puerto Vallarta and is just a 5-minute car journey away from the villa. While there is an elevator leading down to a sandy beach from Villa Aves, popular Los Muertos beach is also just 5-minutes away, here visitors can try their hand at a variety of watersports and enjoy the scenic pier.
There is plenty to see, do and explore in Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding area, the magical Marieta Islands which are home to Playa del Amor, known as Hidden Beach, is an absolute must-visit.
