Overview
The oceanfront Casa Bahia holds a special Cliffside position within the area of Conchas Chinas, just a short distance outside of the popular resort of Puerto Vallarta. Those fortunate enough to enjoy a stay here will enjoy magnificent ocean views which can be enjoyed from any of the multiple terraces or from the comfort of the infinity pool.
The luxury villa is modern in design, with contemporary interiors and elegant furnishings throughout. Casa Bahia can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests across its five beautifully-appointed bedrooms, each of which boasting ocean views and en-suite facilities. On the third level, which is also the entrance level, are the first two bedrooms, one is a king-size double and one with two queen beds, ideal for friends or siblings sharing. Downstairs, are a further two bedrooms, again one being a king and one boasting two queen-size beds. The main living accommodation can be found on the floor below, the space is open-plan with plenty of room for socialising and entertaining with large doors opening out on to the pool terrace. The final bedroom, a king-size double room, can be found downstairs on the lower ground floor.
Outside, the private infinity pool has the real wow factor, it makes the ultimate spot to relax in the Mexico sunshine while enjoying the jaw dropping views. After an action-packed day spent on Los Muertos Beach, the whole group will enjoy evening spent dining al fresco on the terrace.
What you should know…
- The home does have a lift making it wheelchair-friendly however it doesn't go down as far as the lower ground floor
- Those travelling with younger children should ensure they take care when splashing around in the pool due to its open nature
- As customary in Mexico, guests typically leave a tip for the villa staff of between 5% and 10% of the price of the total stay
- Please note that you will need to select 10 guests should you wish to have access to all 5 bedrooms. Those selecting fewer guests will only have access to a prorated number of bedrooms based on 2 guests per room

About the surrounding area of Casa BahiaCasa Bahia is situated in Conchas Chinas, an upmarket neighbourhood, just south of the popular resort of Puerto Vallarta, making it an ideal choice for those who are wanting a quiet, laidback stay while being in easy reaching distance of all of the hustle and bustle! While Conchas Chinas is largely residential, a wide variety of shops and excellent restaurants can be found in the old town, often known as the Romantic Zone, this is one of the most popular areas of Puerto Vallarta and is just a 5-minute car journey away from the villa. While there is a sandy cove just steps from Casa Bahia, Los Muertos beach is just 5-minutes away, here visitors can try their hand at a variety of watersports and enjoy the scenic pier.
There is plenty to see, do and explore in Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding area, the magical Marieta Islands which are home to Playa del Amor, known as Hidden Beach, is an absolute must-visit. Just 30-minutes from Casa Bahia are the Vallarta Botanical Gardens, a real tropical paradise which the whole family will enjoy a visit to. For those travelling with children, Aquaventuras Waterpark is just 30-minutes away and makes a fun day out with its incredible waterslides and even offers visitors the chance to swim with dolphins!

Catering @ Casa Bahia
Daily chef service for up to 2 meals per day is included in the rental price, excluding on Sundays. Guest are welcome to decide which two meals per day they would like the cook service to prepare. Groceries and beverages for these meals are not included in the cost of the stay. They are an additional charge that will be billed prior to the guests departure.
All guests must decide on the same combination of two meals per day (breakfast & lunch, lunch & dinner or breakfast & dinner). Meals are served “family-style”, with all guests having the same starter, main course, side and dessert. Certain exceptions can be made for those with allergies, certain food intolerance and/or children (advanced notice may be required).

From private chefs to babysitters we can help you arrange those little extras that make it a truly memorable holiday.
