The dining room presents a traditional masonry kitchen equipped with a five-burner stove, an oven, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine.
The ground floor also houses a charming double bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom and shower. Ascend a spiral staircase to the upper floor. Here, you'll discover three double bedrooms and an additional bedroom with twin beds. The grandest bedroom boasts a small kitchenette tucked away in a cupboard, featuring two burners. Opening up to a spacious terrace, the bedrooms provide an enchanting setting for al-fresco dining, allowing you to savour your meals while revelling in the breathtaking vista of San Gimignano.

Very nice
The house and the whole garden area were very clean and well maintained. The handover of the keys on arrival and departure was smooth. Everything you need is there. The driveway to the house is a bit adventurous, but you get used to it. There are no neighbors, you are completely undisturbed. You can also walk to San Gimignano, where you can get delicious ice cream.
