The meticulous attention to detail and design covers all the mods and cons; complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included throughout, flat-screen televisions, a state-of-the-art sound system is there for your entertainment, and a lift will whisk you up to your dream holiday home.
Enter the grand noble house and take the elevator to the fifth floor, where a stunning light and airy marble hall will greet you. The superb living space has floor-to-ceiling glass windows, which reward the guest with panoramic views of the iconic Roman Colosseum. The inviting seating area has two comfy cream-coloured sofas and a matching armchair, arranged around a designer perspex coffee table, with a flat-screen satellite television and smart bookcases.
A second lounging area is housed under a billowing tented ceiling, with a white day bed that morphs into a chaise longue and a seating set for four, the ideal hot spot to meet for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. A professional kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest built-in appliances you will need to cater for your holiday. Step outside onto the city view terrace, which runs the length of the apartment, and admire the ever-changing vistas from the soft seating set, then dine alfresco at the patio table set for two. Ascend the red carpet, spiral staircase to the upper floor, where three exquisitely-dressed, beautiful bedrooms exist.
The Colosseum View Master Bedroom has a king-size, satin-draped bed with a padded headboard, a walk-in closet, and a padded door that leads to an ensuite marble bathroom with a corner bath, vanity unit and WC. The soft blue bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in wardrobes, and an ensuite wood trim bathroom with a bathtub, marble bas-relief sculptures, a loo and a bidet, and a separate vanity unit and dressing table. The third bedroom is decorated in soft apricot satin, with a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two further guest bedrooms complete this excellent apartment.

The apartment is sixteen kilometres from Rome's international Leonardo Da Vinci Airport, which can be reached by taxi or direct train. The central Roma Termini train station is a kilometre away, and the nearest underground station is Colosseo.
There is something for everyone to enjoy when you holiday in Rome, whether its history and culture, renaissance art and architecture, music and opera, food and fashion or simply the joy of sipping a cappuccino in a street side café, the Eternal City has got the lot. Walk in the steps of the Caesars, poets, and philosophers as you stroll down the stone street of the Via dei Fori Imperiali, and follow the route from the ancient Roman Forum to the arena of the iconic Colosseum. Everywhere you go, there are ornate churches, rich with decorative icons, don't miss a visit to the nearby Church of Saints Quirico and Giulietta, with its impressive Romanesque Bell Tower.
No visit to Rome is complete without a walk through the Vatican Museum and its magnificent art collection. Look up and admire Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel ceiling, then take the double helix staircase to the glory of the Basilica of St Peter. First stop, take the family to the must-see Colosseum, manned by actors dressed as Roman soldiers, where they can explore the magnificent Flavian amphitheatre, the maze of tunnels which housed the animals, and imprisoned the gladiators.
Older children visiting the Gruppo Storica Roma can learn to be a gladiator, don a tunic and sword, and immerse themselves in the history of ancient Rome.
Take a walk to the Spanish steps, march them down to Keats House and Babington's Tea Rooms, march them back up again to the ornate Renaissance church and admire the stunning views over the city.
Younger ones will love an afternoon at the Techno di Pulcinelia al Gianicolo, an open-air puppet theatre, or the San Carlino, where the puppets and musicians interact with the children. Row a boat or ride a bike through the nearby beautiful Borghese Gardens.
Take a trip to the Bioparco Roma, where you'll find a toy train, a mini zoo, a children's playground, and pony rides through the gardens. Take them on a tour of the Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel, and the beauty of St Peter's Basilica. Marvel at the three-metre hole in the roof of the two-thousand-year-old Pantheon, designed to shine a light on the Emperor at noon on the 21st of April, the date the Roman Empire was founded.
