Overview
Escape to a luxe getaway, hidden in the countryside of Melendugno. This modern home perfectly complements the lush environment and acts as an idyllic home away from home.
This four-bedroom home is in the style of an elegant loft, with unique furnishings and artwork that make for an exciting place to call home during your time in Italy. With bright pops of colour and plenty of contemporary finishing, you will never want to leave.
As you enter this home, you are welcomed into a spacious room that overlooks the lush outdoor area, with olive groves and the charming garden. Oh, and the sparkling private pool. Here, a large wooden staircase leads to the open plan gallery on the first floor where the three double bedrooms and one shared bathroom overlook. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom as well as a comfortable walk-in closet. In other words, everything you could want from a room.
The living spaces are all in separate rooms, however they have large entry ways that create an open plan space. They also all have large glass windows that look out over the patio that surrounds the house. The living room is the ideal place for the whole family to gather around, whether that’s to reminisce over the day or to enjoy film night on the large flat-screen television. The kitchen is well-equipped, with all the bells and whistles for preparing a tasty meal. This can be enjoyed on the large dining room, where everyone can sit around and chat.
The outdoor area is incredibly spacious, with plenty of grass space for kids to run around. There’s also a large private pool, so kids can swim till their fingers and toes prune. Around the pool, guests can relax on sun loungers topping up their tan and taking a dip when they need to cool down. There’s also an outdoor dining area under cover, as well as an outdoor living area.
This villa is located in the countryside of Melendugno, a small town in the province of Lecce that’s known for its marine areas; San Foca which is a short drive from the villa (10km) and the famous Torre dell’Orso beach (16km). The beaches have been awarded Blue Flag beach prizes for their water quality. It’s also a short drive to the province's capital city, Lecce (18km).

Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesThis is an ideal villa to visit with children because there’s something to keep all family members entertained.
Melendungo is just a short walk or drive away, so it doesn’t take long to get into the city which is always a positive with children. Here there’s loads to do with kids, whether you enjoy the Adriatic ocean from the stunning and safe beaches or head out on the water on one of the many ocean tours. Tours that head into the caves are a must.
Lecce is also nearby and here there’s a lot of things to keep children entertained and educated, from the Basilica di Santa Croce and Museo Faggiano - who doesn’t want to learn about knights.
