Casa Fuime is a recently renovated two-storey villa located in a tranquil residential district on the outskirts of Monopoli, a lively resort on the southern coast of Italy. This traditional cottage-style villa boasts a generous 150m2 of living space, featuring three ensuite bedrooms, a private pool, and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, ideal for a family holiday, or group of friends’ sharing. Casa Fuime is constructed out of classic Mediterranean whitewashed walls, with stunning views over ancient olive groves, and scented fruit orchards. The interiors of the villa are exquisite, furnished with thoughtful complementary pieces, original art and artefacts, scattered with traditional pots, and decorated in a subtle palette of natural earth tones, and hues of blues.
The ground floor welcomes visitors into a tastefully furnished sitting room with a bench seat, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a sideboard. Step into the well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including an oven, hob, and a Smeg fridge. An eight seater farmhouse-style dining set is perfect for some fabulous indoor feasting. Completing the ground floor is a convenient guest cloakroom.
Take the iron staircase up to the first floor, where there is a hallway with the original decorated tile floor, leading to three beautifully-appointed bedrooms. Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed, open wardrobes, and an ensuite shower rooms. A French window opens onto a private terrace with sun loungers, providing a perfect spot to appreciate the surrounding countryside.
The exterior of Casa Fuime is designed for relaxation and enjoyment of the Apulian landscape. The terrace offers soft seating and stunning views of ancient olive groves and fruit orchards. A private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, invites refreshing dips on sunny days. A purpose-built pergola houses a wrap-around sofa, a dining area, and a wood-burning oven, creating an inviting space for outdoor gatherings.
