The charming Villa Fiorentina is a stunning countryside retreat nestled amongst the rolling hills of Portacomaro, in the Piedmont region of Italy.
This beautifully renovated seven-room cottage, built in 1905 and renovated in 2021, is perfect for those seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With modern and tasteful furnishings, this two-storey property offers an idyllic setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.
The holiday home boasts 300 m² of living space, spread over two levels. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a TV, a walk-through room with a double sofa bed and a shower/WC, and a lovely French bedded room with an exit to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining table also has an exit to the garden, making it perfect for al fresco dining. Upstairs, a large living room with a panoramic window offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. There are two more bedrooms with French beds, one with an en-suite, and another with a walk-through room with a double sofa bed and a shower room. With a balcony and two terraces, there is ample space for families and friends to soak up the Italian sun with a glass of local wine in hand.
The country home is set on a private 3,000 m² estate, surrounded by trees and vineyards, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere, and its sunny, elevated position offers a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding area. On those warm and hazy days, guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the beautiful swimming pool and take advantage of the outdoor shower, all while admiring the country vistas.
The town of Portacomaro is only 2km away, and the centre of Asti is just 12km away, making it easy to explore the local area. Additionally, the famous city of Alba is just 30 km away, making it the perfect day trip destination. The property is located near several shops and supermarkets, making it convenient for guests to stock up on groceries.
