This unique and charming property dates all the way back to the 1600s starting out as a fortified house and then transforming into a beautiful farmhouse in the second half of the 19th century. As well as the main manor house there are two additional outbuildings and in total the property offers 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
In the main house there is a large central hall, 2 living rooms, one of which is complete with a stone fireplace, a large dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The outbuildings offer additional living rooms, kitchens and dining areas. This outstanding property is equipped to host meetings, corporate events and small religious ceremonies, even having its own private chapel.
Offering an abundant garden space surrounded by greenery, the outdoor area of this home is just as wonderful. With two swimming pools on offer, one of which being an infinity pool, you are spoilt for choice! Head for a dip in either pool or laze on the comfortable loungers offered. Enjoy a meal outdoors at the outdoor dining table or simply soak up the nature all around you in the delightful garden.
Situated in a rural, residential area in the countryside of Le Marche this home offers a truly serene location. What’s more, the idyllic towns of Ostra Vetere and Corinaldo are just a short drive away. As well as offering plenty of beauty, in these towns you will find the closest restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
Additionally, the breath-taking Regional Natural Park of Gola Rossa and Frasassi is only a 35 minute drive away. Furthermore, the fantastic coastal town of Senigallia is just 30 minutes away by car as well as the magical city of Ancona being just a 50 minute drive away.

About the surrounding area of Villa VerdeSurrounded by olive trees and rolling hills, this property offers an exceptional location. As well as benefiting from the peace and tranquility of being in the countryside this home is also just a 5 minute drive from the nearest town. In this picturesque town be sure not to miss the Church of Santa Maria di Piazza, the Terra di Montenovo Museum and the breath-taking viewpoint of Piazza Perlasca. In addition, you will find the closest restaurants, bars and supermarkets here.
What’s more, the sensational village of Corinaldo, the birthplace of Saint Maria Goretti, is only a 10 minute drive away. This village has been named as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and here you can see its 14th century city walls, the stunning staircase La Piaggia and even visit the birthplace of Saint Maria Goretti.
Moreover, the mind-blowing Regional Natural Park of Gola Rossa and Frasassi is just a 35 minute drive away. This oasis of nature boasts several hiking trails, a gorge and fascinating caves. On top of this, from Villa Verde you are within easy reach of some amazing beaches and coastal towns. The delightful town of Senigallia is just 30 minutes away by car. Spend an afternoon at the dazzling beach here or spend the day seeing the sites such as the Rocca Roveresca, Portici Ercolani and Chiesa della Croce.
Slightly further afield you can reach the jaw-dropping Portonovo Beach, an hour’s drive from the property. Being surrounded by the Conero National Park, with turquoise blue water and a mix of white sand and stone, this beach offers a natural paradise and is sure to take your breath away.
Furthermore, you can reach the enchanting city of Ancona which is bursting with history, art and spell-binding architecture in just 50 minutes by car. Spend a day here admiring the elegant Cattedrale di San Ciriaco, wandering around the lovely harbour or visiting the captivating Museo della Città di Ancona. On top of this, the tremendous city of Pesaro is also just 50 minutes away by car. This magnificent city is known as the city of music, culture and art. Whilst here be sure to stop by the Rossini National Museum, Duomo di Pesaro, Piazza del Popolo and the famous walls of books.
