Your villa is located within 200m of our private beach with pre-reserved sunbeds and their own beach bar, where you can also rent snorkels and other watersport tools.

For those active travellers that look for just a bit more than beach and pool, there is also a well-maintained tennis court, a library and a leisure room, with table tennis, pool and more - plenty to keep everyone entertained, even during the unlikely rainy days!

As you enter through the main door, you’ll be welcomed by an open-plan area, decorated in a pastel colour palette and with fabulously appointed kitchen, seated dining area, a large comfortable sofa bed, occasional table and tv. This stunning room’s outstanding feature has to be the entrance to the terrace, glass the full height of the two floors creating a mezzanine floor for one of the upstairs bedrooms. There are also two bedrooms with en-suite facilities and their own terrace, one of which is wheelchair-accessible.

The upper floor, accessed by an elegant marble staircase is where you find the remaining three double bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities and its own balcony. The loft-like bedroom with the unusual mezzanine window is perfect for children, as it is usually set up as a twin room; however, a double bedroom can be arranged to cater to all guests.

The villa is beautifully appointed, making use of as many sustainable elements as possible; the stunning wood in the bathrooms, bedroom furniture and the extensive decking around the pool and terrace; brickwork walls within the downstairs open space; fabulous tiling in the bathrooms and floors and the external stonework. The furnishings are all exquisite and of the highest quality, all in gentle neutral tones adding to the contemporary but extremely elegant style of the villa.

Now through the patio doors to the huge partially covered terrace, perfect for dining, sunbathing and relaxing, your 40m2 swimming pool, BBQ area and garden with extensive lawn. There is screening in place for your privacy while the many young trees and hedges grow to provide a natural barrier.
