Perama View holds a fantastic location on the idyllic east coast of Corfu just a short distance from the popular village of Perama and its gorgeous, family-friendly beaches. The villa has a great coastal position and as a result boasts wonderful sea views. For those looking to further explore the wider area, Corfu Town itself is less than twenty minutes away, guests will enjoy exploring the cobbled streets and sampling the local gastronomic delights! .

The villa has been lovingly looked after by its owners and boasts traditional and homely interiors, comfortably accommodating up to six guests across three beautiful bedrooms. On the ground floor is the main living accommodation which comprises of a living room, dining room and fully-equipped fitted kitchen which boasts all the necessary modern amenities for a more than comfortable stay. Heading upstairs, guests will find the three spacious double bedrooms as well as a luxury family bathroom complete with Jacuzzi bath. 

Outside, there is a large patio area complete with dining facilities and a barbecue, perfect for those wishing to cook up a storm of local delicacies and make the most of the Corfu sunshine by dining al fresco! The Jacuzzi is excellent for soaking up the tranquil surroundings with your loved ones after a long day spent relaxing on the beach!

  • Whilst no pool however there is a lovely Jacuzzi, which makes a fantastic way to spend a relaxing evening after a day at the beach or exploring Corfu Town.
  • The three bedrooms share use of a family bathroom
  • Single lane road runs in front of property, so remember to look right and left when crossing to the beach.

Perama View's location couldn't get any better! Only 50 metres from a small local beach, this villa is close to a selection of helpful amenities, that can be reached in less than a 3-minute drive.

The charming Corfu Town deserves at least a whole day, visiting the cobbled streets and admiring the fortresses around the city. It is less than 20-minutes away and makes a fantastic day out. Corfu International Airport is located just 15 minutes away.

Achilleion, what used to be Empress Sissi's summer palace, is now open as a museum. The location of this Palace was chosen specifically for the natural beauty of Gastouri, very close to where Perama View is located. Being only a 5-minute drive away, it is definitely worth a visit!

Corfu has beautiful coves and beaches, many of them within a short driving distance.

How to reach Corfu island

There are two ways to get to Corfu island: either by flight or by ferry.

By plane: During April to October, several direct flights arrive to "Ioannis Kapodistrias" Airport from Europe as Corfu is one of the most popular travel destinations in Greece. During these months, the airport also receives many domestic flights every day from Athens and Thessaloniki. 

By ferry: Travelling by ferry is the most popular way of transport in Greece. Ferries to Corfu depart from Patra and Igoumenitsa. If you are travelling from Europe, Corfu is easily accessible by ferry from Venice, Bari, Brindisi or Ancona too. When the younger members of your party are tired of the pool and the houses electronic entertainment isn't creating enough pull for them, Corfu has lots to offer.

In the local area Lefkimmi has watersports on the beaches, scuba diving and much more. A short drive away you can go wildlife spoting in the salt pans, which have been harvested since the twelfth century. Boat Trips never fail to be enjoyed by all the family.

Corfu town will keep anyone occupied for hours, youngsters will be attracted by the fortress and if you're lucky you'll see the locals playing cricket. There are Olive Oil tours, boat trips or a tour of the old town of Palaiokastritsa.Corfu alo has the Aqualand Waterpark, though you may struggle to get them away!

End of stay cleaning included? Yes and mid-stay cleaning also included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Minimum stay Please note that there is a 7-night minimum stay
Tax From 1 January 2018, the Greek Ministry of Tourism will be charging a tourism tax. This will be collected from you when you get to your accommodation. The tax works out between 0.50 - 4 Euros per night. The amount you’ll pay will depend on the official rating of your accommodation.
Security deposit €300 paid at time of booking
Internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

The Greek government requires owners to collect a Tourist Climate Tax, your property manager will collect this in cash:

November-February €4 per night per unit
