Property Features
The property is arranged over three floors. The ground floor includes the kitchen, the dining room and the lounge. On the same floor is one Master Bedroom with ensuite facilities and a Jacuzzi for that extra wow factor!
On the first floor there are 2 Bedrooms. One of them is a Master Bedroom with ensuite facilities and a sitting room. On the second floor is the loft, which consists of one Master Bedroom with ensuite facilities, a Jacuzzi and a sitting room. All Bedrooms have balconies or terraces overlooking the gardens and the pool.
The laundry room is located at the ground floor, but you are more than welcome to ask for a laundry service free of charge by the housekeeper. The enticing atmosphere of Palazzo Di π is within 10min drive from Zante town centre and on the middle of the island allowing easy and quick access to all famous places and resorts such as Shipwreck, Blue Caves, Marathonisi Island, Vasilikos, Gerakas and much more!

About the surrounding area of The Romiri MansionThe Romiri Mansion is located right in the middle of the Zakynthos mainland. in the village of Romiri. This quiet part of the island offers total privacy in peaceful, green surroundings; olive trees, vineyards and pine tree. It's roughly 5km from the nearest town and port, 5km from the airport and 3.5km from the nearest convenient amenities. Its strategic position will ensure a quiet holiday, as you'll be from noise, bustle and busy roads. Some excellent beaches are found 5-8km from the property, but be aware the property is accessible from the airport or town centre only by taxi.

Best Suited For: All AgesThe Romiri Mansion is perfect for a family holiday as has lots of outdoor space and a heated pool which will amuse most youngsters for some time. If you want to keep them out of the midday-sun, there is a TV with DVD player and local satellite channels. A short drive away is the famous Laganas Sandy Beach, famed for the sea turtles that frequent it. There are glass bottom boat trips from which you can watch the turtles in their natural environment. You can also visit the small island of Marathonissi which is nicknamed ‘Turtle Island’. Both Kalamaki and Laganas have mini-golf courses. The Caretta Fun Park in Kalamaki has plenty of arcade games and rides to keep children entertained for hours.
Zante Town has a tourist train which is an excellent way of seeing the town as well as being fun for children. At Solomos Square you can hire bikes, toy jeeps and motorcycles for children. Sarakinado Water Village is a great family attraction just outside Zante Town. As well as bars, shops and ice cream parlours there are so many different types of slides. These include the Thrill Tower, Family Tower, Boomerbowl Tower and the Extreme Tower. The lazy river is fun too. There is a karting track next to the water village and trampolines.
Horse-riding is popular on the island and Nana’s Horse Riding Centre in Kalamaki gives children and adults the chance to trot across the 5km beach to Laganas on horseback. If you have little ones too nervous to sit on a saddle, you can hire a horse-drawn carriage to take you around the laid-back resort of Alykanas in the north of the island.
Children will love their beach days. Many of the beaches have watersports and playgrounds. Shipwreck Beach gets its name from the wreck of an old merchant vessel called Panagiotis which was wrecked more than 30 years ago. The massive vessel is a favourite with children.

Amazing weekend break
This villa is absolutely stunning. The garden area is amazing. Hospitality was second to none and nothing was too much trouble for Nikos or his mother. There was even a home prepared lunch waiting for our party of 9 on arrival - delicious. Definitely recommend. Great weekend had by all

Beyond expectations
Beds were extra comfy, the property is spacious and luxurious at a 5* level. Hosts, are beyond expectations. Overall, we were amazed by the property and its overall service. We strongly recommend this unique architectural, and large property for any type of event.

Sensational Palazzo
We visited this amazing villa and were fortunate to have great weather. The villa is extremely well furnished, the decoration, fixture are high quality and tasteful, the beds are comfortable. The pool area, the outdoor jacuzzi, the bbq and gardens...is extensive , clean and again the furniture is of a high quality and we certainly enjoyed time around the pool ! In one of the upstairs bedrooms we were lucky enough to spend a magical evening watching the sunset with a glass of wine, and these were simply stunning. This isn't a tourist area, we wanted peace and quiet but you can get a taxi really cheaply into town which is only 10 mins away, in any case. Finally I would like to mention Maria, always on hand with kindness and information, she really was a godsend. We will undoubtedly return to this fantastic villa .
