Wonderful Time!
We have had such a lovely time at Chateau Des Poetes Pavilion. We have been made extremely welcome, lent a beautiful pewter container for flowers so our anniversary table would look festive, along with some delicious bubbly for starters.. All problems were ironed out before we arrived ...thank you!
It is certainly a place we will recommend...along with you too. -

Thank you from our hearts!
Erika,
We want to thank you so so much for the visit to your castle. We all really needed a break away and we LOVED the environment and the history and the chance to hear your family story. Please know that we are very grateful and loved every single minute. The children loved the chocolate mousse and the adults love the castle tour.
Thanks -

A French Castle Now Open To All!
As bed-and-breakfasts go, it cuts a striking figure, with its towers and medieval tapestries and ancestral portraits, set among trees imported from around the world in the early 1800s, including American cedars and sequoias.
The castle is filled with upholstered chairs, chandeliers, richly decorated wallpaper and fancy clocks. There was a statuette of a tiger under an oil painting of the Madonna and Child, flanked by Chinese urns. In one room there was a rather severe-looking portrait of an ancestor, Stanslas Vignial, the president of the royal court in Bordeaux in the mid-1800s, imposing in black-and-crimson jurist robes.
