Whether you’re tossing together a Mediterranean salad or preparing a holiday feast for family and friends, this kitchen’s ample counter space and range of modern appliances will not disappoint the culinary enthusiasts.

What is more, thanks to panoramic sliding doors, the kitchen and dining area seamlessly transitions onto the lower terrace. Here guests can enjoy the privacy of lush garden, al fresco dining set up, and an open space spotted by nothing except palm trees.

The villa features four well-appointed bedrooms, each a tranquil haven for rest and rejuvenation. The first two bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, each boasting a queen-sized bed and en suite. Ascending the stairs reveals two further bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and en suite, and the other with a double bed, single bed, and en suite.

Both upper bedrooms lead out onto the expansive upper terrace where further lounge chairs and al fresco dining arrangements can be found. Sit back in a sun lounger and admire the stunning sea views, or talk long into the night as you watch the light change over the Mediterranean.

A renowned seaside resort that wraps around a three-kilometre-long sandy beach can be reached in less than a minute’s walk. This family-focused resort town’s friendly atmosphere is made all the more lively by its notable collection of available water sports, including jet skiing, sailing, catamaran, windsurfing, and scuba diving, just name a few.

For those who like to get a bit of exercise while on holiday, take a walk along the coastal Fenouillet footpath, which leads to Cap Carnarat and extends through a nature reserve.

Security deposit €300 charged to client’s credit card by the owner and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Other Ts and Cs Weddings, stag/hen parties and any special events are not allowed.
Changeover day Saturday from approximately mid-May to end-September. Flexible during all other periods.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Smoking Allowed? Outside only.
Minimum stay 7 nights from approximately mid-May to end-September. 3 nights during all other periods.
Heating costs included? Yes.
Tax French Visitors Tax is included.
